I live in Williamsburg Square and we are happy here. Its off Burke Mill street just outside of Ardmore and as of today there are two homes for sale in the neighborhood
I’m looking for the smallest and most affordable homes or cottages/bungalows (such as 2 br 1 bath tops) possible not necessarily right in town or the city but not way far out in the boonies. Lol. Lower crime, safe area, of course. (Tho I’m not really worried as I’m currently in metro Atl and also lived in the Chicago burbs for awhile and despite reputations, I never really felt unsafe and haven’t had much trouble lol). Something that resembles a little village with cute little charming homes. I’m also visiting the last week in January for a few days. Prob gonna move in the next several months once I’m sure it’s WS I’m going to. Also curious if you know anything about the tiny home movement in that area RE any tiny home communities or zoning laws and so on, tho I’ll prob go with a regular small home vs a THOW anyways. Pretty much looking for a lower maintenance, simpler and less stressful lifestyle (downsizing). Not looking for ritzy or posh or expensive or big. Thanks.
Thanks for watching Stephanie! I don't know of any tiny home communities around here. This area is smaller feeling than CHI or ATL, so if you like that when you are here, you will be able to find something that matches your other criteria. Good luck!
@@JeffValentino Thanks! Yes I’m kinda sick of the big city vibe for the most part. Kinda like been there done that. Lol. And ha ha. I’m staying in a tiny home on my visit. It was the only one that came up on Airbnb In that area. 😅😅 And also just a bit less swampy and perhaps smaller or less mosquitos and other bugs. 😅😅 Like yes please. Smaller everything. Lol.
Hey! Thanks for the information. I am looking for an area where a find a community felling, people are more concerned about nature, have a healthy lifestyle and the schools are good. Do you have suggestions?
I'm looking for safe, under $200K with a small lot and a floor plan between 1100 and 1600 square feet. A porch is nice. A fenced backyard is a necessity for our little dog. Artsiness and walkability are a bonus, but we can't be too picky in our price range.
Thanks for the info but those neighborhoods are way too upscale for me. I'm living on social security and my savings. I have 200k to spend on a house. Would like 3 beds 1 bath with about one acre. Elkin and Yadkinville look more my speed. Any suggestions?
That's the Reynolds family...not Reynolda. 😅😬

Hey Daniel. That is tough but not out of the question.

Those are great areas for that price point! If you like to give me a call or email I am happy to help.
@@JeffValentino probably not till next spring. Thanks.
