'There's not monsters in the mists. Surely.' I've seen that film AND read the book, Tom! You can't trick me! I'll go hide in the grocer. Where it's safe!
Supplying crops to *_Silent Hill_* seems like a very questionable choice of profession, but when you've only got one road out…. (Also the BGM at 2:38 instantly has me nostalgic for Tom building cities).
Ahh, nice to find another Cities enjoyer in the comments. Thought I might be the only one to recognize that music... I'm sure we'll get to see Tech Island one day!
Daily reminder that Tom is an amazing person and to thank him for all he has done/will do - Day 1813 OOOO now I love farming games and incremental games, so this was a very good time indeed XD ha ha ha He he, nice little Silent Hill Member Plug :P Nothing wrong with a good ol' Cabbage, from start to end it serves well, plus, putting Business next to Manure, can't tell which the shit is XD Honestly, I feel a real simple vegitable soup would be Pea, Carrot or Potato and Leak. Probably the simplest I can think of, well the simplest I can think of is Tomato soup, but that ain't a vegetable. I will say though, and I know saying this makes me a bit of a basic bitch, but damn do I love Tomato and Basil soup, god damn, my fave XD This is super big for a demo, very much excited for the full thin
Oooh, interesting - I played it a bit a while back, but wasn't intentionally referencing it... Probably was a bit of a subconscious influence though ;)
I'm a chef and i only watch hard core Slaaneshy filth after a long day between the pans, so what am i doing here? Do you know? Are you a Slaanesh enjoyer? I don't have a clue
Tom, I LOVE YOU, and love your videos… but the moment you say “musgro farm, the DEMO” I am out. I don’t want to see and get excited for a game that I will have to wait a year till the full game launches. Honestly the second you said that I paused the video and I’m going to go watch something else. Please don’t show demos.(personal opinion)
what on earth does it mean to "upgrade" a farm field? clearly these people have never seen how a real farm works or it's just that someone from marketing demanded everything in the game needs a level up mechanic and couldn't be bothered to give the devs time to come up with something more creative...
It's a game, my friend. Perhaps they're improving the nutrients, or maybe the upgraded fields hold GMO crops with increased yields? Real farms don't earn money per second, nor would they be planting so much different produce in such small quantities. The farms grow and harvest so quickly, yet there's no machinery in sight.
Are you new to idle games? Ranking up is all part of the mechanics of the genre. Plus, you could possibly "rank up" a field by fertilizing it, giving you a larger yield and therefore making more money. So there is some precedent for that as well.
Awesome video! Was so excited to see you play my game 😁 Glad you had fun and hope to see you in future releases! Thanks for playing and sharing!
Hit me up. Doing family games up to xmas and new year.
Ceviche is fish for a start Tom. Boom! Roasted like a carrot.
16:51 - You have room, but do you have the ... thyme?
Hahaha.
I'll get my coat. ;P
My man points to Silent Hill, then determines that the people moving around the field means they aren't scarecrows.
Adorable.

He's onto me... Those are just haunted scarecrows in the field 😳
Looks like soup's back on the menu boyz!
I did not expect to see Angory Tom spec into soup today. :)

The music made me think of the UA-camr "Dangerously Funny" cause he uses it as a closing song.
Ahh, nice to find another Cities enjoyer in the comments. Thought I might be the only one to recognize that music... I'm sure we'll get to see Tech Island one day!
Classic farm owner: goes afk, collects all the money earned by the workers
The history of all hitherto existing society is the history of class struggles fr 😢
Feudalism never left ❤
Oh no what have I done
So glad the TY algorithm suggested this video! I enjoyed it tremendously!!!
I would watch some more of this, has a good comfy vibe

Glad to hear you're excited!
Yeah, the soup might not be the *simplest* soup... But there will be more complex ones later 😅
@MusgroFarm Oooo, well super glad you made the game :D
Oh wow, if this is simple, god damn the complex must be rocket science XD
Soup, soup, a tasty
Soup, soup, a spicy
Carrot and coriander
Haha the name of the game is a pun because you must grow farm musgrofram
Hehe I've been wondering if people get it, and get the reference... First comment I've seen about it 😅
2:57 I believe that, botanically, it's a fruit.
So 'banana' is a good guess.
huh, the music at 2:55 is what DangerouslyFunny uses as outro music
Ah, so this is how the starting area to Silent Hill 2 looks like from above...
There is so much in this game. Reminds me a lot of Rise of Industry
Oooh, interesting - I played it a bit a while back, but wasn't intentionally referencing it... Probably was a bit of a subconscious influence though ;)
Good ole tom. Love you guys over at the Yogscast From: An American
Oh no, why didn't you call the title: SOUPer cute incremental farming game? Tsk tsk. XD Well played!
Peas are indeed a banana
Incidentally, I learned this week bananas are berries 🤯
tom. king of soup.
Always the best sort of entertainment
Is the game song the song that DF puts in the end of his videos?😂😂
Yo, you should play ratshaker
I'm a chef and i only watch hard core Slaaneshy filth after a long day between the pans, so what am i doing here? Do you know? Are you a Slaanesh enjoyer? I don't have a clue
POTATOES

@@dianalon12I was interested so I looked this up. From the mid 20th century to the 2010s barley production alone increased by 5x per acre.
It's a farming themed idle game, not a farming simulator.
Clearly you have no understanding of what a video game is.
