im currently away travelling with the camera and i have got it all taped up as suggested by you in one of your last videos. will have to give introducing myself a go
Backing up is crucial and good advise. For me I also use one large capacity card as the backup in the camera and use lots of smaller capacity cards in the primary slot. s, if either slot malfunctions I still have the images on other cards. Backing up to the cloud though can be horribly slow even though home where I have a 150mb broadband service.
I think that "professional" camera thieves will know which brand of camera you have, or at least the "value" of a particular camera, even with the name covered with tape. The other tips are great. Thanks for this very useful upload. Cheers.
Thanks for this video. I’m heading out on my first big photography trip and these are great tips. I have a guide and will definitely consider taping my gear. Hoping to film for UA-cam as well. Thanks!
Having spent a year and a half in India I can say i'm more worried about having my gear stolen in a rough area of the UK. Thanks for the tips about making the gear look less valuable here though :)
hi Tom, I just want to ask for your advice. a friend of mine invited me to work abroad (india) as wedding photographer. the thing is I am working now also in abroad but the company is in a bad shape. I'm in doubt (due to financial issue) working with my friend but I love india. I'm a foreigner still I don't know 😔
Dude, you need a part in a movie playing Austin Powers' and Elisabeth Hurley's love child, ....... that is if fem-bots can give birth. Anyway, all very good tips. I especially like the ugly your gear down with tape suggestion.
Great tips!! Especially taping up brands/logos & making your contacts details your phone lock screen in case your phone is lost/stolen 👌🏼

Some good and helpful times. But hard to watch, because of the swaying around. Try standing a little steadier!
won't the tape leave a sticky residue?
Whoa there audio levels... ☺
Bro Your Mention of India Made me subscribe to the channel

Got any tips for mobile photography???
Which city in India were you in?
How do you only have 11k subs?
Love your vlogs. Please stop moving your body so much. I am getting motion sickness. Sorry, just you to know.
But do we really need to listen to that music the whole time?!
I sometimes watch it with the sound off and subtitles on when it gets annoying
.... looks like, if John Stewart got buff.

again ... please bin the annoying 'droning music' ... it's not needed ....
