    Basically;
    - get into the client's head
    - understand their needs
    - position your business around their needs
    - use the same language as the clients i.e. "hot water cylinder repair clients"
    - get clear on what you want to accomplish (mission statement)
    - refine

    Brilliant video Sam.
I can see the practical value in this principle not only in business but in everything one tries to do. Actually defining what perfection would entail is the key factor rather than the vague idealistic notion of perfection often encountered in storytelling. For example, I was about to research some new supplements I wanted to try out since I am out of stock. And I thought to my self: what would be the perfect stack that gives me the perfect results in the long term. Now I am focused on neurogenesis supplements.

Sam I've consumed so much information about entrepreneurship for years now and it has gotten me nowhere.
The opposite actually: I have just failed my first business because it lacked the fundamentals. I had a selfish dream and products that didn't provide value. I still thought I could manage to make it work and listened to all of the advice of other entrepreneurs (marketers) but I still failed.
I have come across you and your ads before and didn't think about them a lot, but know that I have had my fair share of videos from you I just know you are different and I am very thankful for teaching the lessons every entrepreneur has to be taught in the beginning to succeed in business.
Thank you. I know my chances are slim to be directly educated by you in my future businesses but maybe that happens somewhere in the future.
    Greetings from germany,
    Enzo

OMG this was the most valuabe video I've watched in aloooooooong time. I have been struggeling sooo much because I was so distracted from the core thing, my mission, the real value I am going to transport into the world, because of all those things you mentioned in the end of the video (focusing on marketing, on sales, on everything while missing the perfection part, the mission). So I tried to become good at sales, I started a yt channel, IG and nothing worked, bc I wasn't clear about the simple first step - my perfect mission. Huge thank you!

Theory on how Consulting.com can educate everyone on Earth:
    1) Learn everything at a master level - partner up with Google and other data indexing companies, and partner up with the best education websites and databases, and index all the subjects on earth you can possibly learn, with beginner to master content in each subject, and the information in each index should be regularly updated to keep up with new discoveries and better information.
    2) Make anyone learn it instantly - understand how humans learn, and develop technology that can exploit this process at the fastest time possible. Perhaps implanting chips on the brain, or developing a way to learn something perfectly the first time it's learned. Partner with tech and medical companies.
    3) Minimal effort / do nothing - a chip that's implanted into the brain that makes humans learn everything at a master level instantly is the least amount of effort to achieve this. The chip should be found anywhere in the world for free, and it's incredibly easy to install, and anyone can do it.
    4) Every human can access this - it has to be free and readily available to anyone anywhere, at any time. Perhaps it has to be sent through radio waves, or the internet, or something that can be found anywhere in the future.
This is 100% science fiction (for now), but that's what aiming for perfection looks like, at least for Consulting.com

You don't even have to talk to people in the niche. You can just ask YOURSELF why you purchase ANY OF THE PRODUCTS you use evryday!! It helps if you can affirm those reasonings by seeing if your friends purchase for the same reasons. You don't need to ask STRANGERS. Also ASK THEM ORGANICALLY so u can get an HONEST ANSWER. Bring up the topic as if it's just you thinking out loud. For instance while you're driving say "UGHHH FUCK! I forgot i have to find a store to buy a fkn tire for my truck!" Usually 99% of the time your friend will share where and why he bought his last set of tires where he did. Then you can dig away. Ask aby questions you want. It's like you just injected them with a truth serum. They will try SO HARD to get a dopamine hit by helping you solve your problem that THEY WILL SELL YOU on why you should buy where they bought. Then just take the reasons that they purchased and IMPROVE on those reasons. Did they buy because they get free mounting? Cool... well you can MOUNT AND INCLUDE FREE TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS AND A FREE CHEAP TIRE GUAGE THAT HAS THEIR CAR BRAND AND AN OUTLINE BLACK AND WHITE DRAWING OF THEIR CAR ON THE GUAGE. Then find a really creative way to present it to them. Shit... buy one of those new 20k dog robots and have it walk it out to the customer with the Guage in its mouth I don't fkn know. Theres a MILLION WAYS.
