it is a good time for someone to buy the RG but and its a big butt Im like you I have a 2020 CVO RG with only 53 miles I would love to have the 2024 high end paint job CVO RG Im not going to loose that much money just aint gonna do it suspension and a stage 3 on my 2020 and dont look back

No dont do it...Keep your 2023 til you pay it off 1st...You probably have invested some money in your 2023 already also...
