Love seeing people going through the 50 cent/ $1 bins and finding just some fun stuff to read. For me this hobby has always been about reading stories and enjoying artwork. If they become worth $$$$ later on that’s just a bonus.
fantastic episode! AND ALSO THANKS TO MR. Jorge FOR doing the photography and cuts. did he work on the original filming of the original series, because I remember him saying he got disgruntled because of the time and money he didn't get for his efforts. I have found some collector friends and we will start donating to the "thanks" button soon.
Just in case, DIDN'T mean to be disrespectful of Mr. Jorge. the old show HE DID GREAT job of cutting and filming. DON'T LOSE HIM. He is now part of the team. It is a tough job, sometimes. the background "work crew" is sometimes forgotten. What you see here on the vid is only a small percentage of what was actually filmed.
I think the original videographer's name was Felipe. He did a great job on the original series. It would've been great to see him be a part of the series now.
Have y’all thought about starting a Patreon? Maybe have a tier where you show unedited episodes? Or even an occasional full work day episode! Open to close. Don’t know the logistics or laws against that since customers will be buying, but either way. That would so cool for the extra content!
Observation: its amazing how many times I go to comic book stores or small comic shows...and most people WON'T look at boxes on the ground or the "fifty cents" boxes below the table. Those items ARE FOR SALE , and i Have heard that so many times. But here, a group of elderly, intelligent men are searching.
Was surprised to see a coverless Man-Thing "Night Of The Laughing Dead" issue in Mike's pile. It still amazes me that it got a Power Record release, that issue is so dark an dreary and I can't imagine being a kid in the 70's listening to and reading it and I say this as someone who loves Gerber's Man-Thing to pieces
Wait...in one of the bins that that old guy was looking into...for a moment...i saw comic book cover. CALLED CAPTAIN CARTER...is that the woman Cap America or "cap Britain" of "What if"? i NEED THAT ...I NEED TO KNOW...does that "captain carter" comic book exist...[alternate universe captain america/britain ]. Please, someone tell me...! Ref. 3:10 to 3:18
Captain Carter is a 5 issue miniseries from last year (2022). An alternate universe story of Peggy Carter taking the Super-Soldier Serum instead of Steve Rogers.
The art style and background textures of Spiderverse were incredible! The plot was mediocre IMO but the backgrounds and colors alone were worth it for me.
Definitely the most disturbing thing about this video besides Glenn tallying up the haul of books at the register, is someone mentioning ' pride month ' in the context of comics. Otherwise I give the video a 7.9 out of 10 very fartworthy farts 😛👍🍿🪭👁️
Yeah so Gross. Bunch fruit cakes with severe Mental problems. Yeah lets tuck the frank and beans in and now Im a women LOL or I take Testosterone shots now Im a dude. Adam and Eve not Adam and Steve

@@thebuffyguy4258 thank you
Why are the top boxes so empty? Where they turned into 50 cents comics
THANK YOU!!!
I have hope for James Gunn's DCU. I'm hoping we finally get a good GL live action series. (Absolutely loved Bruce Timm's GL animated series.)
Im glad Glenn liked Batman 135 I wish he would return to read Batman
The guy in the Green Lantern hat kinda seems like a woke embarrassment

Kinda done with Marvel with all this woke stuff. Haven't watched anything since Endgame.
Killer queens sucks 😂 as does tynion
they/them was awful how anyone can make it through the supposed rap scene is beyond me, i turned it off when that crap popped up and wouldnt end.
Steel had a good run until that movie came out.
