Downtown Honolulu power outage causing 'huge disruption'

- Busy Downtown Honolulu came to a halt on Thursday. That's after a large power outage forced many offices and businesses to close early. HECO says the outage was due to a series of events that began last night. Our team coverage begins with Alina Lee, who has more on today's power outage impacts.
