President Michael D Higgins Visit to Enniscorthy

This is footage of President Michael D Higgins President of Ireland visit to Enniscorthy on 04/01/16 to see the damage and upset caused by flood of the town over the new year. The River Slaney burst its bank once more flooding homes and business' on either side of the River along Shannon Quay, Abbey Quay and Island road in the town.
