Those stumps suck! Those are the ball buster drums. They are supposed to prevent clumps. They have bars at the bottom. I hate them. The fins are more straight than the factory mcnelius Drums

We use overhead cranes at work to set barrels. It was a very stressful process when I first learned to set them.

How old was that drum ? Looked too new to have holes. Ours get rusty before they get holes.
