As someone who hasn’t been able to visit Disneyland Paris yet, this definitely helped me decide which resorts I would give a try when I eventually get to visit. Great video as always, Sam!

I agree on golden forest being 100% worth the upgrade at Sequoia Lodge - the extras were amazing, especially the private buffet breakfast! Big game changer in comparison to Cheyenne. Great video Sam, thank you 🙌

Me and my husband have taken our 3 children to hotel Cheyenne twice now and we always say weirdly the 20 min walk is our favourite point of the holiday as we use that time to talk about our day... plans for the next day and there is just so much to see as well!

This is such a good video! So in depth. I've managed to stay in Sante Fe and I have Hotel New York booked for November, looking forward to the shorter walks to and from the parks. Really looking forward to your future Disneyland Paris videos especially seeing inside New York with the renovation!

Flying out to France tomorrow so I'm watching a bunch of Disneyland videos to get hyped. My family used to stay at the Disneyland hotel until we weren't eligible for the under 7s discount. So then we stayed in sequoia lodge which was super nice. This time we're staying at the new York which I'm excited for!

We’re going back next year with our grandchildren ( and there parents) so looking forward to seeing there little faces.
When our kids were young they got to go on the ponies…I wanted to as well!
The walk to and from the park is lovely and so worth it just for the added atmosphere..

I know this video is slightly older but your comment on the smell of hotel Cheyenne and the reception made me smile because I realised I’m not strange in loving it so much! It’s the only Paris hotel I’ve stayed in but as an annual pass holder soon i have to admit I’m more excited to go back to Cheyenne than to go to another hotel purely for that welcoming smell.

Rather than using the metro from Paris Gare Diu Nord can you tell me about the overground trains to Disney and can I book my tickets in advance? I will be travelling into Paris on the Eurostar. We stay at the Disneyland Hotel years ago. We are looking forward to trying the other hotels. On regards to the Fridge in the room. Yes that is Very important to our group. One has medicine that has to stay cold. So that will be something I would have to check to. Thanks for the heads up!
I think if it's for medical reasons, they might be happy to add a mini fridge to your room or help you store the medicine in other way, if you ask them :) Or at least, I'd hope they would! But yeah, most of the 3-4 Star Disneyland Paris hotel rooms don't automatically have fridges. Thanks for watching x
Came back from disneyland paris last Friday and was my 1st ever trip and went solo and stayed at santa Fe(I found the beds comfy but maybe its because i was so damn tired haha)and actually loved it ,when I go back tho I definitely want to stay at marvel
i need whatever job it is you have so i can also travel this many times to disneyland...thats like most peoples dreams xD you're incredibly lucky
This is really helpful for me. Been wanting to take my girlfriend to Disneyland Paris. Being the mad mad Marvel and Disney fan that she is, Art of Marvel seems to be right up her street. I think they are probably better for a something like a long weekend stay. I've never been in any of the Disneyland hotels, the only times I've been were in two different Disney Partner Hotels, Vienna House Magic Circus and Hotel Kyriad though I believe that is under a different name now.

Hello! This is sooooo informative to help choosing the hotel. Just wonder is the 'golden forest' refereed to the 'lake side' room when booking? Thanksss
Thank you! :) Golden Forest is the Club Level at Sequoia Lodge, and doesn't automatically mean "Lake Side", you normally have to pay extra for a lake view x
I love love love the smell of the Disneyland hotel. Idk if they sell that perfume somewhere but if they do I need it haha.
They do sell room perfumes with that smell actually! I wish I'd bought one before the hotel went under renovation x

Thank you!! :) Haha it's a hard decision, isn't it? Newport obvs has more to offer and is technically the "better" of the two, but the theming at Cheyenne is amazing!

I stayed in the Dream Castle hotel for 4 days and nights and i was very happy. It was a good hotel. It has an inside and outside pool so you can enjoy the pool no matter the weather. The beds were very comfortable and good for sleeping. The breakfast was delicious. We just had to pay for the dinner but we just ate dinner 2 times so it wasn't much to pay for. All in all i has a good time and experience. So the Dream Castle hotel was a nice hotel to stay in. My opinion and experience.
wowwwww thanks Sam for this update... up till now we stayed ones at the New York Hotel, ones New Port Bay and 4 times at the Disneyland Hotel and we also stayed twice at the Dream castle...Since we are an Infinty members we managed to get a good price...with regards to the smell of the Disneyland land it is a little bit pricie but it is worth every penny and it is quite a good sized bottle..... you just spray one puff and the smell in the house omg...I had to get it even the smell of the New york Hotel I got.... when i get the disney blues at home I just spray some and pretend I m in disney lol...

I loved hotel New York not sure about the marvel thememing yet? but the pictures look amazing Santa Fe is my least fav I love Cheyenne I am yet to stay at Newport bay and the main one Disneyland Hotel. another great video sam :)

Just found your channel and your content is so useful, thank you! I'm looking to book a Disney Paris trip as a family with an autistic daughter, so we need to PLAN.. lots. Also why do we need a fridge in the room? Lol.. we usually drive to DP with a toaster & mini fridge so the kids can have toast for breakfast in the room and the fridge is for butter 😂

Me and my family live in the uk so instead of going to Florida Disney world we are going to Disney land Paris for the first time and we are still deciding which hotel to stay at so this help
7:26 I agree!!! I love the smell so much it gives me nostalgia almost? Like a leather and wooden* smell 😂😂 Only been once but whenever I smell the scent I think about Disneyland.

Can I just ask how much extra is it to upgrade to golden forest level? I’m booking to go for my 50th birthday and looking at prices
First timers going in January 2023 - when Xmas is still on. 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 & 6. Currently have 3 full days booked, can add a 4th for an extra cost of around £200 but would leave around 4pm to get our flight that day. Do you think it’s worth the extra cost for the 4th day or is 3 days plenty?
Sequioa lodge has the best swimming pool (imo)- though I’ve only stayed there once years ago x

Do you never have leftovers from your meals that you could refrigerate if you had a fridge? This was helpful for us. We’ve stayed at Nature Village and Newport Bay. They were both lovely stays.

To be honest, I rarely, if ever, have leftover food. I think as I mainly travel solo or with friends, I tend to normally just eat out and almost always finish my meals 😂

Question : this will be my first time in both Paris and Disneyland. I’ve booked at Newport hotel. I was wondering whether people who’ve booked hotels will have to wait in the queue for the park when initially arriving or is there a separate entrance for us to be able to get to the hotel

Cheyenne hotel is now 3 stars like Sequoia lodge ! It’s no longer a 2 star hotel.. probably because of the refurbishment idk. It’s sad because now it’s more expensive than before so I can’t go now lol. I absolutely hate cars theme but I’ll have to go to Santa Fe I guess...
Ahh you're right, it's now 3 stars! The prices are still normally very similar to Santa Fe's though, sometimes even cheaper, so worth checking x

Hey, no not rude at all - in fact, I'd recommend it, as Disney Hotels can often get very busy at around 2-3 pm. You can check in whenever you arrive on the day to save time, but your room probably won't be ready till 3pm x

Santa Fe hotel it reminds me more like a New Mexico I live New Mexico i from California is like a cowboy hotel that how I see it I never been to Disneyland Paris I want to go so bad to Disneyland Paris Sam you need to come to New Mexico in October they do a hot air balloon show very year
