It's a personal choice as to how an individual wants to live and what makes that person truly happy from the inside out. If a person wants to live in a small space and be surrounded mostly by nature, it's their choice, if another person wants a huge mansion and lots of material possessions and could afford it (but not doing bad or illegal acts to get it) then again it's that person's choice.
@@filet-mignon As a society we already have lots tiny homes called "apartments", its sustainable, its efficient and could be considered more "ecological" than carving into nature with a road, paths, and structures just for one person to exist. If people really like small places then families would _already_ be thriving in apartments and condos. The push towards tiny homes is a push towards single people owning nothing and liking it.

I like the porches, and the bedroom seemed a decent size, room to walk around the bed which is super important when changing sheets. I like that it shows a little yard around it, people want a bit of outdoor space. Didn't like the small refrig area, or lack of cabinets in the kitchen. Hardly room for a toaster on the counters.
Yes I agree with your comments on the shelves. I also think the bedroom wardrobe should not be glass doored. People like to have some privacy with their belongings in wardrobes. Also it really needs blinds in that bedroom as it is too open to the front of the house for people to peer in. But it is a very cute home and well thought out plan.
We need more starter homes like this for under $100,000 for people who dont have much money, but want a small place to call home that isn't a trailer. This means young adults, or older adults wanting to downsize. Or anyone who wants something smaller and doesn't want to spend $200,000+ for a condo or a McMansion that everyone is building now.
Cute, clean home, but not for me. But the music - fantastic! I particularly like the middle song with the "old south" sounding violin. Whoever selected the music did a great job. 👏

But I also am fully aware of the concept of in doc tri nation to live a life of minimalism as if any choice to not is also viewed as some sort of _attack_ on the environment and future of everyone around them. People actually believe water is scarce, glass should be recycled, and land isn't vast and will not find and comfort or relief when the fact none of that is true is revealed. Nice looking but never any place to drop or hook your coat and take off your shoes at the entrances.Majority of any livable house will have something at an entrance. Would be nice with a wrap around deck too., instead of two small ones. Cosy, good for one non messy person esp with glass closet doors. No storage.
Love this house. Front and back porches. Room for an actual table rather than a eating bar. Place for washer/dryer. Like the large wardrobe but not it’s configuration but that’s an easy fix. No storage but it’s a small house so buy storage couch and bed and alls good. Where did you fin that swing? Perfect size for a little porch.
@shariwelch9573 One can increase a foot or 2 wider on the plan and incorporate such as you're asking for. Just getting a concept of the layout and the look, the size can always be increased.

Loved the beach theme. 😊 If his channel gets big though, i would suggest taking down that "living big" part in your thumbnails as there is an existing channel, Living Big in a Tiny House, with exactly the same graphic in their thumbnails and you might get sued for copyright.

The only thing I would change is push the front door forward to make room for an entryway and small closet so you aren’t stepping right into the living room. There has to be some kind of storage.
it's a beautiful design house but only thing doesn't have included gutters and downspouts which should know as your designer. that just my opinion, sorry
These are just computer renderings that the channel owner is creating for fun, then presenting on his channel. There are no such buildings in existence, or floor plans to build one. They are just computer creations for inspiration.
These houses aren’t “real”; they aren’t located anywhere… they’re computer generated.. certainly one should be able to tell this isn’t a “real” finished product. They look nice, yet never any floor plans and pricing… and it would be for the floor plans only… all the interiors would be added costs as well as any furnishings…
Have seen them in campgrounds replacing campers. Outside of the city. Most who choose to live a simple life are not looking to do it in the confines of a city.

Yes, it's pretty, but no gutters, shingles on a flat roof, glass doors on the bedroom closet, a white rug under the dining table, seating for two in the living area but seating for four in the dining area, nothing on the windows ( no blinds, shades, curtains, etc,). How is anyone supposed to live like this?

Put a little closet next to the refrigerator.. between it and the back door. Then it can hold a few jackets and shoes/boots.
I don’t have one in my current place they sit in the laundry area.
