Oh wow, this actually will help me a lot. I used to have really bad Trichotillomania and had overcome it for a while until I started growing facial hair and reflexes started to kick back in. Not only that, but my OCD causes me when I’m stressed to not only pull the facial hair but also grab clumps of hair and pull until it becomes red and sore and pick my acne and it’s become really difficult for me. Especially when I don’t even realize I’m doing it. Whoever gave Ultra the idea for this one, thank you so much! And of course thank you Ultra for doing it!

Cannot overstate how glad I am that the person with the only voice I can tolerate for hypnosis has already made what I need right now :'v My face is currently at it's almost possibly worst state it's ever been, I don't even feel that particularly stressed at the moment to be triggering my BFRBs, but I'm obviously acting on them. Hopefully this will help!

I went to sleep with this playing last night. I felt great this morning. I'm replaying the end , I don't remember any of the end .I must have passed out .but I did wake up and shut the phone off when it started playing again. I hope this works in the long run.
