    Watched while on Holiday but I was "mobile" so couldn't comment. Nice info even though I don't have any kegs. Cheers, Schnuz.

    Just what we wanted, a video of you playing with your balls ( lock). FYI all mine are ball. Never had a problem. 😊

      My pin was just too big and needed to be reduced. Still quick release though 🤣

    I've been a pin lock guy all along. I found the kegs to be cheaper. Have a great day Nanner. Cheers =)

      Yeah same here. For some reason, the pin locks seem harder to come by over here.

    Nice work mate. Easy way to tell gas from beer.....don't mess with kegs while annihilated 😁🤣

      Yeah, last time I messed about when drunk I lost a full bottle of gas by not tightening the regulator properly

      Ha yeah. Worked though! The inside of the post I took off was filled with hops too. Deep clean required.

    Are they old Coca Cola kegs? What size thread ball lock post did you use as I’ve a couple of old Cocoa Cola AEB kegs I’m looking to convert & can’t work out what size thread I need lol

    I just stick a bit of electrical tape around the handle nearest the gas post on my kegs as I've mixed them up so often. Makes it easy when your clattering around half pissed in the shed. p.s. don't use black tape!

      I have the finest grey duct tape that would work perfect for the gas in. Top tip cheers 👍

    Is there a convention for which post is which? If you wanted to could you swap the dip tube to the other one?

      That's a good question. Next time I clean out the keg and quick releases I might try this to see what happens.

    On ball lock you can´t fit the beer connector on co2. It will not fit

    • @BigBananaBrewing
      @BigBananaBrewing  5 років тому

      That a relief, I would definitely have tried to do it

      I tried the wrong one so many times I changed CO2 O ring for a red one. Easy to identefy

      I've heard of people doing it really hard and getting the wrong one jammed on.
