  • Runtimes:
On High 2,000 Lumen - 1.25 hours per Ah
On Low 350 Lumen - 4 hours per Ah
This is an 18-volt light but will work with Metabo HPT 18-Volt and 36-Volt Multivolt batteries. It will also accept Hitachi 18-volt batteries.
The rotational dial on the top of the light allows for 30 brightness level settings. The Work light is IP54 rated for dust and water intrusion. We obviously pushed that to show you that you have no concerns about getting this light wet.
This is a very floody work light that does not have a hot spot. This light will work great for small and large areas because it is adjustable.
You can adjust this light in a full 360-degree circle on the stand or you can use the hanging hook or tripod capable using the 5/8" threaded screw hole.
This work light is currently sold as a bare tool.

Good Job, man. I have too many portable lights as it is otherwise I’d pick one up. Would be a good excuse though to use the free 36V batteries that I received from Metabo HPT. Thanks for the recent heads up on that. 👊🏻

These lights came directly from Metabo line and rebadged as Metabo HPT and Hikoki (for non USA)

so I have been debating and to be honest, I am not happy with Milwaukee's lighting system. For me, it all came down to one thing, does it protect battery in case of rain and this is where I feel Milwaukee does poorly. Truview is good and all, but battery is more important.

Hi. Thanks for the review. Will the battery cover accommodate the MultiVolt BSL36B18 battery -- given it's a little larger than the Multivolt BSL36A18?

      Yes

FYI: I just emailed two photos. Have you opened one of the MultiVolt batteries? Four T10 torx screws, no seal, & four air holes in the cover. Definitely NOT IP54.

@@RobertVisser I never claimed the batteries to be IP54 rated.

@@WorkshopAddict Sorry, for any misunderstanding. Didn't mean to imply you had. Since Metabo HPT's marketing seems to be so proud about having achieved IP54 for many of their tools, & rightly so, just struck me as odd to have what would seem to be a lesser standard for the batteries. Also, might make you think twice about the dunking. :)

There are some out there floating around. I wonder if I got this one on accident as I could not find it on Acme Tools or Lowes website. Odd.
