I have a 3 M water filter head, when I hooked up the filter to the head, the water not only flows out of the output to the faucet, but also leaks from the small tube, and got the under sink cabinet wet everywhere, now the water filter head becomes a junk. How to fix it?

@@3MANZ I connected the input to the water supply and output to the faucet, both connections are tight no leak, but I can do nothing with the small tube, because it's there and nothing needs to be done. If any parts needed to be replaced, I am sure the whole water head should be replaced---dumped into the trash bin.

@@3MANZ I first contacted the 3M in America, they suggested me to contact the manufacturer directly and gave me the email address and their phone number, that is in UK, then the 3M in UK asked me go back to contact the 3M in the American. Now you suggested me to contact the 3M in New Zealand. I spent $80 two years ago for this junk, it only lasted for two years. Never mind, I will just dump it in a trash can.
