@arthurfricchione8119 Hi Aurthur! Yes at the end, Hscope was so fast to set up. It's definitely the fastest scope and test to run. Those pulse sensors are cheap and effective, Rotkee is still shipping, I have more goodies on the way!
I was using Hscope when it was still new and under development. Martin reached out to myself and some others and asked for input for the software. The very early version was only capable of running 2 channels . It’s came a long way over the past 4 or 5 years . I still have it intalled for my Hantek 1008 and use it at home for side work or my personal cars
@CampingNstuff I love that thing. How fast it is to get om a signal is like a dog on a bone. Literally find a misfire before I could set channels on the old modis. I tried can bus today, started out looking bad til Denis and Arthur helped me out. First time page mode was that important. I learn something every time I pkug it in!
@@Backalleydiagnostics yea sample rate is everything with faster signals like CAN or Flexray . With the 1008 Can signals look a little funky but still enough to tell if you have a short to ground on either side or a High to Low short or a missing terminating resistor . Just can’t get in-depth like if there’s messages that have been missed etc .
Hello my friend, I purchased mine on Amazon MicSig store.. Here is a link. Just make sure you look at the automotive models. The VTO looks the same but not automotive. The VATO is for us!
Little cheat if you go no matter if it's a 4 6 8 12 go half way down the cylinders so if it's a 4 cylinder go to 3 and left is exhaust and start firing order over right is intake 8 cylinder 5 go to the left and start firing order over on cylinder 4 fire would be cyl 1 exhaust then 2 assuming firing order is 12345678 so that v6 is 234561 5 is half way so cylinder 4 is going to be cyl 2 exhaust
@OnecallDiagnostics That's awesome, thanks! Ya, that's easier to remember for any configuration and would have gotten me to the same pulse without having to look it up! I will add that to my notes , thanks again!
From the beginning of time until today gas mileage still sucks, then they have stability control on anti-locking brakes the power steering position sensor all the stuff on these new cars today it's ridiculous
@JustinMiales Yes indeed, radar modules, sonar modules on the same car, hard to tell if you are working on a car or submarine sometimes. Probably the only thing we have going is the sensors and Testing are pretty much the same, plus with ebay and Amazon, some of the tools to diagnose them are getting pretty good for being budget. But ya, these motors run fine with 0 sensors. I do prefer fuel injection to carburetors though, so always need a handful of sensors. They have gotten to the point where I use the passenger seat through my scanner for a shipping scale. Blows the passengers mind in the guess your weight game also!

Very good video Eric thanks for sharing . Did you catch the exhaust wave form with the Hscope ? 👍

Greetings, can you explain some more about the Russian all data? Or maybe share a link for the website.
