Mine has a manufacturing defect , the actual charging orientation is opposite to that of the magnet lock of the charger so all I could do was just sit there and hold it against the force of the magnet.

Actually that is not a problem, firstly u need to connect to charge to activate the device then u use it will work.
I charged to 41℅ and still it is not pairing and setting up.. Not showing the device or through scan
