- The plaintiff says she’s known the defendant since he was in high school. She rented an apartment to the defendant and his wife, but he cheated on her, causing turmoil. She’s suing them for damages and emotional distress. The defendants admit the plaintiff helped them initially, but she then turned on them. They’re suing for unreturned property and emotional distress.

I hate when people try to use God to intimidate people. She was pointing her finger saying, "God is going to judge you." That's wrong and spiritually abusive.
She started out by making it sound like he chased her daughter, then she humble bragged about what a fine christian person she is when the truth is just the opposite, then she trashed his family, threatened them, and exaggerated her damages.. Isn't there something in that religion about "You will know them by their actions"?

Hey my mom does that to me if I don't do what she ask me to do she tell me God going to punished you for not helping me, someone like your kids going to hit you when you get old if you lived, I'm 47 year old and she been doing this to me since I was 7 year old so now I be helping and given people money because I keep thinking what she said to me and people laugh at me, messed me up mentally.

@@quincyjones685 I think the defendant's wife realises how unstable the plaintiff is, so she just gave a curt response and left because they don't want to ever see them again. They were smart not to antagonize her. Sometimes you just have to decide to leave crazy alone.

The plaintiff is nasty and bitter. She would've been completely intrusive and disruptive, if the defendant had married her daughter. He dodged a bullet.

Nice of the Judge to let the Plaintiff take a break to find her evidence. I have NEVER seen him do so prior to this case. However, I believe everything the Plaintiff stated. The Defendant's wife acted trifling in court with that smirky smile. They did everything that the Plaintiff alleged. I'm very disappointed that Judge Mathis didn't see through their charades regardless.

They are still young at most maybe 5 years ago. It is disrespectful to his wife.
