Hi Ganesh can u plz guide me how to send po PDF to vendor after PO release

Normal PO output with Simple Email process can be used to send PDF to Vendor. But the output should be triggered after PO is completely released only.
So, you can keep option 3 under Further data to release output manually after PO is released or else you can add Routine (requirement) to the output type in output procedure configuration. In that routine, you need to maintain the logic to trigger output after PO is released only with the help of ABAP. You can try standard routines before going for custom routine
