    This is good for engineer but the welder they dont need this because In actual there's a drawing and measurements

    Hello. I probably don't know English well enough for you to understand what I want to know. But I'll try to explain again. You calculate the triangle from the middle of the elbow. But where did you get the degree of this elbow? If you count from the ends of the pipes, the degree will be different. So how do you know which elbow you need? I'm sure there is a formula. The center of the elbow is not a problem. Tan(elbow angle / 2) × elbow radius.

    How you find the elbow digree 60?

      The sum of the internal angles of a right triangle is 180 degrees. If the acute angle of one side is 30 degrees, the other angle will be 60 degrees.

    the Pipe length is incorrect, the elbow length at 60° is incorrect, since you did not multiply by 6 inches.

    Hello. So I have a question. All the videos I've seen are the same. All calculations are shown not from the ends of the pipes, but from the imaginary point of the center of the imaginary elbow. Does anyone want to share the formula for calculating from the ends of the pipes? What to do if the pipes cannot be cut? How then to count?

      It is not necessary to cut the pipe to measure the pipe in the pipeline. To find the distance to the center of the pipe, you need to measure the distance to the edge of the pipe and add the RADIUS of the pipe.
