Same here for Taiwan. I'm always jealous that Koreans who play games like maimai (shown in 2:33) can capture directly from the machine, while people like us have to film ourselves. The sound quality is usually worse due to ambient noise from other arcade cabinets, and its inevitable that the player will partially obstruct the screen due to the design of the machine.

There are places like arcade club but they only have usually have one SDVX, maimai, beat mania and other machines but never this amount. There maybe more in London but couldn’t say.
