Maybe you don't understand that when someone does a cover of a song, they don't normally do an exact copy of it. What would be the point of doing that? It has already been done that way. Home Free, like every other cover band out there, does their own version of songs, only with an upgrade. I greatly prefer most of their renditions over the originals. You should just stop listening to them if you dislike them so much.
Subbed for more Home Free! Michael McCary left Boys to men because of a health reason (some think it was another reason, band issues). He sang the Baritone/Bass and the group wanted his vocals not to be repeated...just rumor for the best I can find. Yes Home Free is ACappella so the sound would be different, plus they are considered a "Country Acappella band"...even though they do sing covers like this. I hope you give them another chance, I believe their catalog is around 300 songs so I'm sure you'd find a song or style you like to react to. :)

Are you forgetting that this is entirely a capella? Did you somehow miss Rob's stunning, soulful ad libs? I don't know what you were listening to - we were listening to Home Free. You need to listen again, 'cause this passed you on both sides.
This is a Cover of a song , meaning the group or Band covering said song , arrange and sing it in their version. I hope you do realize that this group is A Cappella meaning all the instruments that you are hearing are made vocally from one or more o fthe band members, if you're looking for cover songs to be like originals then you should never listen to Cover Songs they are not your thing. Stick to Originals or Lip Sink version. BTW Sean Stockman of Boyz ll Men, helped arrange this with Home Free.

I pesonally dont want a dishonest reaction, and you don't have to like anything by Home Free (personally, i dont care for Pentatonix), but how are they not acapella? Because thats what they are. If you're 0 for 2 with them, then I'd suggest you give them a pass from now on. But you're missing out.

Oh, please. This IS a cappella. I recently listened to the original - and was supremely disappointed in the level of Boyz II Men. The Home Free vocalists have much better tone and blend together seamlessly. I was also disappointed to see a total lack of engagement on your face while you were listening. Perhaps a cappella just isn't your thing. I probably will not be back.
I don't mean to be rude but I don't think you appreciate the extreme talent of Home Free. You gave "Man Of Constant Sorrow" a 3 out of 10. And now you have given them the 2nd worst review I have ever heard. The guys all killed "End Of The Road". You gave it a 4 out of 10 which is another insult. Shawn Stockman from Boyz II Men was a judge on "The Sing Off" that Home Free won in 2013. He was a big fan of these guys & I am sure loved their version of this song. I don't think you should listen to any more of Home Free's music as you clearly don't appreciate it.
Hi, this is Rob the R in RMK and creator of this channel. I do appreciate the quality of the music produced by Home Free, but it is just not the type of music that Myles enjoys. I've noticed over the years that he prefers the original versions of songs and tends to be harsh critic of cover songs. You are definitely entitled to your opinion, but you were commenting on what the song wasn’t (the original) not on the actual performance. You clearly are not a very good reactor and maybe should do something else. Not because of your opinion, but you sat their stony faced, no comments on the performance + OR -, and didn’t engage. As others have said, it’s fully acapella, tight harmonies, and passionate singing. And yes, offending the Home Fries at this level just fried your golden goose. Definitely won’t watch any more of your “reactions “. Not entertaining or informative. I hate adding to the algorithm but it has to be said.
