Also while we were running from the advancing north (of course I wasn’t born) two of my great uncles disappeared. My great grandpa believed they were killed by North Korean soldiers. We eventually made it to Busan, but were broke after. We aren’t really sure what happened to the three, but does anyone know what might have?

I don't understand why these countries cannot have peace. Can't other restrictions be placed on North Korea outside of North Korea having the abandon their nuclear arms. Family members separated, beside themselves seeing family members for the first time. The grief of missing a relative who died the previous day, people breaking down, unable to stand. One woman tried to break thru the border 2 days ago whose daughter on the outside gave birth to an unfortunately critical ill baby. The baby kept alive so the grandmother could visit. She didn't make it. Authorities captured her and returned her to Auckland.
