I'm 64 years old and 30 year old Jameis Winston has in One game has given me 6 months worth of life lesson to ponder/share with others! I'm Giddy when I consider the prospect of life lesson material for the rest of the Browns Season...Wow!🕊💯💜
I've been saying that since the beginning. I was an avid listener and fan in the beginning. After hearing these guys shit on our teams and players for 2 weeks straight I fell off. Now I check out the interviews with other people that's it!
The way Jameis stood in the pocket like a statue went over a lot of peoples head. He showed he had faith in his line but he doesn't need to extra do that anymore
I would love to have Winston for awhile kind of what the Seahawks have with Geno if we can have him for like a 2 year contract try and find us a qb in the draft sit him for a season or two behind Winston i’d be happy
Playing for a draft pick is playing not to lose. I do not see any tangible evidence that teams who tank for draft picks actually benefit. In fact, if that were the case, the Browns organization should have at least 3 Vince Lombardi Trophies in the case. Nobody has had more excellent draft & trade picks than Cleveland over the past 20 years, nobody. I could be completely wrong about Jameis but I think he’s an excellent fit for the Browns organization, both on the field and in the locker room. I know he’s had some problems in his past (behavioral) but I think - I hope - he’s the man we see on the field and in interviews. The Browns - no, Cleveland - can absolutely use and love a fiery preacher QB. He’s got the QB talent and I agree with Shaun King about his reputation for turnovers, you have to objectively look at the data. Jameis is an outstanding QB, way better than DW on his best days. The key is to keep him healthy because if that unwinds then we spiral under the learning curve of DTR and potentially the senior from Euclid High School they just brought in when DW got hurt (okay, Bailey Zappe). The keys moving forward: 1. Keep all of the Haslam’s out of football operations. 2. Let Stefansky coach. 3. Protect Jameis. 4. Start packing up Barry’s office or whoever it is that walked into Jimmy’s office and put the DW deal on the table. That person, whoever it is, is dangerous to the organization. 5. Get DTR up the learning curve. Let’s see what we got. 6. Moses said, “let my people go”. I say, “let Jameis go, go, go”. Let’s let Jameis Winston rip it. Fifty-eight years a fan my friends. Not once have I sold everything I own to buy an incredibly over-priced ticket to a Browns Super Bowl. Let’s go!!
Pat has more picks then TDs right now undefeated, JW gives the best chance for points man he never had a Run game playing this season will be lit with #5
Technically no not a stat. But it was clear that his decision making was very questionable in regards to "almost" throwing interceptions. One that essentially would have lost the game for the browns.
Thank you bring up the Saints short tenure I keep trying to tell people this and all they talk about is the 33tds snd 30 picks... Jameis is also a better natural leader than DW4
Naw Shaun you wrong on that one. Winston has never ever classified within the top 5 qb in the nfl. He has never thrown the yards watson has. You just said the line was getting it together.
Bro you couldn't be more wrong Jameis threw for MORE yards than watson ever has you clown. Jameis in one season threw for over 5100 yards.. watson never did that goof. Watson also sucks bro he was 1-6 and has the worst QBR in the nfl. Jameis is 1-0.. sorry the team is better with jameis and flacco.
Imho, Jay didn't listen & retain Shaun King's 3 main points > Clemson offense, Browns team weaknesses at certain positions & not seeing Deshaun for entire season (with healthy OLine & #1 running back)
Yup all we had to do was bench deshaun. Swap the qb and we look 100% better. Deshaun was obviously holding this team back. Wish people saw this earlier. Flacco provided this same spark last year. Been telling yall dw4 was trash since 2022 😂
All this hype and the team ain't no better than they was when Deshaun started but now, just like what Joe did now we're putting all in on Winston but wait til his interception problem comes in play then what he's gone be on the chopping block just wait
WHAT! Have you not seen a browns game the last 3 years. Deshaun is statistically the worst stating qb in the nfl over that time. Deshaun was 1-6 and has a qbr of 22 and threw 5 tds over 7 stats. Jameis has 4 tds after 1 start has a qbr of 83 and is undefeated. Are you OK? Jameis played so good he elevated his team around him, just like flacco did last year.
Everyone keeps saying that like the browns ain’t drop 2,3,4 picks from Lamar too!! But the media absolutely loves to hype up them overrated ravens every year… their defense has been steadily declining, and offensively they finally have a running back… whoopdy doo. They still gonna choke and bounce the first or second round playoffs once again. Especially if they get scared and abandon the run game against little old browns…!!
The Browns had just as many chances to intercept the ball as the ravens did the Browns just dropped the ball and the Browns are lucky the ravens dropped that last ball
It matters because if it's berry's idea to get watson, combined with his terrible drafting... u don't want that man building your team going forward obviously. He can't evaluate talent
Jury stil out on that, he would not be a GM if he could not evaluate talent. You take chances on players all the time. If they don't work out, you move on.
And that 1 year, he was still ranked number. 1 with 30 picks, so on his so-called worst day, he is still better than everyone else, and let's see farve 29int he's called great manning 28int make it make sense
I love the silence when knowledge is speaking.

I love it when Leroy and Shawn explain things instead of being negative like some on this show.
I've been saying that since the beginning. I was an avid listener and fan in the beginning. After hearing these guys shit on our teams and players for 2 weeks straight I fell off. Now I check out the interviews with other people that's it!
Yes, exactly 💯 and also Bernie Kosar.
I agree! I look forward to hearing them both
The way Jameis stood in the pocket like a statue went over a lot of peoples head. He showed he had faith in his line but he doesn't need to extra do that anymore
10 of Jameis' 30 INTs came in the final 3 games when he played with a broken thumb on his passing hand. Godwin and Evans were also on IR.
Winston could be a 6 years starter for Cleveland. And is a great leader of men. Cleveland needs him, and the owner better keep him.
I would love to have Winston for awhile kind of what the Seahawks have with Geno if we can have him for like a 2 year contract try and find us a qb in the draft sit him for a season or two behind Winston i’d be happy
See what Jameis look like the next couple of weeks and give him a longer deal and draft help on that O line, wr corps , and defense
Shaun is right. Everyone wants to elude to that line season of Jameis
I want Jameis to succeed and worry about next year next year
Winstonites have been saying this about Jameis for years, people didn't want to listen.
I want Jameis to have a Nick Foles Super Bowl run for us this year
Little too late to be honest
Can you imagine it! It would epic. But alas……
@ it would be Cavs 2016 Epic
Thanks guys, awesome show.
Sounds like Shaun King just advocated picking Travis Hunter. A true WR1 and help in the defensive back 7. Travis solves both of those.
We won't be high enough in the draft to get him if we keep winning games
Much Love to Jay Crawford for having Shaun King on. I'm sure Jay's ties with King comes from his days at WFTV FOX 13 in Tampa.

drew allar is one of those thats a natural thrower
1st round pick LT 2nd round pick WR
I'm glad these guys were in today. Dustin and Jay are very negative.
Whose trading a winning starting quarterback for a third round pick? That's weird to hear.
I'm still chuckling over the quiet moment with Shawn and Leroy. Did you here that pin drop?
Coulda woulda shoulda interceptions aren't a stat
Technically no not a stat. But it was clear that his decision making was very questionable in regards to "almost" throwing interceptions. One that essentially would have lost the game for the browns.

Did you guys see how many picks jameis should have thrown against the ravens that were horrible drops by the dbs??
Naw Shaun you wrong on that one. Winston has never ever classified within the top 5 qb in the nfl. He has never thrown the yards watson has. You just said the line was getting it together.

GBush been saying that s 16:43 ince day one!!!
Gbush also said deshaun is better than baker and flacco 😂😂😂
Even if Winston throws interceptions, so dod Flacco and everybody was happy. So I think the Browns will be ok.
But they still have DTR
All the front office rolled the dice it came up snake eyes , tried but didn't work out ,still better to try and fail than not try at all
2 INTS this last game! Only by an act of God were they dropped.
An act of Jim Donovan!!!
Everyone keeps saying that like the browns ain’t drop 2,3,4 picks from Lamar too!! Same for Lamar
The Browns had just as many chances to intercept the ball as the ravens did the Browns just dropped the ball and the Browns are lucky the ravens dropped that last ball
Why does it matter, who's decision it was, Jay, move on.
@darinwilson7112 yea browns should move on from HIM. berry is terrible at drafting and made the worst trade in nfl history.
Jay is always negative
If you trade smith the DE to Detroit for a 4th in 2025 and booker ( Quarterback) hooker is the real deal he is not going to get a chance in Detroit.
Winston 10 and 0 27 TD 7 ints 🏆 superbowl he deserves that if any player does
And that 1 year, he was still ranked number. 1 with 30 picks, so on his so-called worst day, he is still better than everyone else, and let's see farve 29int he's called great manning 28int make it make sense
I love the silence when knowledge is speaking.
You think thay are knowledge just because there black and this is coming from a black man i don’t think so
I love the silence when knowledge is speaking.

Don't be that guy bro
