I need notion to save each answer and name and stuff of each participant in a notion table. Is this possible or do I need to use airtable?

reallly wish i didnt have to retype all my property fields and multiselects into google forms. So there is no way to have notion properties appear into google? i have a few multiselect properties with quite a few tags and i dont wwant to have to retype them.
