This community is part of New York City. Most people who don’t live in New York assume that everyone lives in apartments. Plus, most people think of Manhattan when they think of NYC and the skyscrapers. I live in Queens, and there are many people here who live in single family homes just like the ones in the videos. My neighborhood of Rego Park has single family homes and they are worth million dollars and up. Then we have Forest Hills, Fresh Meadows, Whitestone and they all have single family homes. And there are many other neighborhoods here which have single family homes. This is the reason I believe that this video is focused on Queens because outsiders don’t expect NYC to look like this.
Same when I lived in The Bronx that's where I'm from but when I moved to the Pelham parkway neighborhood my friend's came and couldn't believe that it was in nyc because of how it looked back then I remember taking them to the area I nicknamed the suburbs lol my friend from Spain was confused because he thought the bronx was like a 3rd world country
It is now 😮
@@shawnhall9792 And Riverdale and Fieldston which have beautiful million dollar mansions.
@@hansonel Exactly! I know people don’t want me to say this, but the United States wouldn’t exist except for the millions of immigrants who came through New York! I am a not native New Yorker, but I wouldn’t live anywhere else!
@hansonel yea honestly it actually amazes me how beautiful the bronx is I'm from the bronx but I didn't really appreciate the beauty until I was out of there and stumbled upon this particular account on Instagram showcasing different neighborhoods in the bronx and I was stunned 😲
New York native here & I never heard of “Malba” before. Looks beautiful 🤩 🗽
its my second favorite after forest hills. best neighborhoods in new york 💚

That was awesome!! I really enjoyed that. I was originally from Jamaica Estates and also lived in Kew Gardens, Flushing and Rego Park. I never went to Whitestone. So beautiful.❤️❤️❤️🦋
The Whitestone bridge from the BX to Queens passes over and the homes by the water are just absolutely amazing.
Awesome video!!
Life long resident of Queens thank you for this!
But life is not long..Life is short... We have to go back also.
Great quality video.
I’m an Engineer who works for the NYC government. Due to my job function that requires me to conduct field inspections throughout the 5 boroughs, I have travelled to many parts of the City, from the very poor to the super rich upscale neighborhoods. All have their own uniqueness. No other paid jobs (maybe with the exception of the transportation industries) would give me such opportunity to visit so many places within NYC. If I retire, I will definitely miss this opportunity the most.
Love the video and good environment for living
This video is great 😊
Oh wonder full video ❤❤❤ ❤
Nice vidéo 👍
Fabolous! Impeccable neighbourhood
Very nice video!! what kind of camera and tripod do you use to record? Because the video is excellent quality. Are you recording on a bike, scooter or something else? if not you sure walk fast 😂😂 I am interested in making some videos like this just curious thanks
Nice space 💎
Beatiful city..
Thanks for sharing. Any owners of famous companies live in this area?
Similar to Our private estate in 4 Oaks Sutton Coldfield

3:55, wow, nice! and 20:52, epic!
They are talking about Queens not Lawrence which is in the five towns, in Long Island
Лайк ещё один 1⃣ с телефона 🤙 😊.... Молодец так держать. 😊
Beautiful community
Malba is part of Whitestone
@anthonychiaramonte3845
Malba is NOT.. part of whitestone.. whitestone is on OTHER SIDE OF Expressway..and different zip code..just like College point Flushing Bayside and corona.. different Zips..
My zip code is 11357 and I live in Whitestone do your research first Malba is a subsection of north Whitestone do you know where the name Malba was how it was gotten from I bet not but I do
Maybe the richest neighborhood in Queens...but New York City ?? I live in Queens, I love Queens...but I would think Upper East Side; Hudson Yards; Fieldston in Riverdale and others. Is this by income ?...median house prices? Very nice walk around of a lovely neighborhood ..but no commentary and an totally incorrect headline.
Richest in beauty and tranquility 🙂 It's now my favorite neighborhood after Forest Hills. I checked out Fieldston yesterday because some comments claimed it's the wealthiest in New York, but it didn't quite win me over.
@@strollingthecity I live in Forest Hills...but not in the Gardens. The Gardens, with its' Station Plaza, Inn, and host of old looking buildings and churches, is an extremely well planned development...studied in graduate level Urban Planning courses. Long time ago. there used to be stars handprints in cement in front of the FH Inn. The Inn used to communicate with the restaurant (now called Jade). Fieldston is certainly more of a country setting than Malba.... with an easy drive up along the Hudson River and the charming towns there. Melba sitting on the water with access to the Sound is certainly a great place.
not really NYC, but across from Yonkers was real big shit wealth, ever see that area? wowza, possibly some rothschilds there.
Nice stroll around Malba. Though, I thought Billionaires Row, Tribeca and/or The Upper East Side were the richest neighborhoods in NYC.... Just wondering since I looked at several different rankings (Curbed, NY Times, Street Easy, etc...) and don't see Malba listed in the top 10 on any of them. Or did you mean the richest neighborhood in Queens?
You are right. The SoHo / Tribeca area is generally noted as the richest part of NYC if not the whole of the United States. Malba is richest in Queens County.
Homes are just okay, life long Montclair resident here
Malba Destroys Montclair NJ !! Not even Close !
@@williamcoates3482 Why are you so bothered by people's comments that the Malba neighborhood is beautiful?I have been to Montclair, seen the beautiful homes. But this video has nothing to do with homes or mansions outside the five boroughs of NYC. People don't think that we have beautiful homes or mansions here in NYC, and we do. Every borough has them, even a few remaining ones in Manhattan. Stop comparing, and if it upsets you to hear about beautiful NYC homes or mansions, then don't watch them. Enjoy your own mansions. I will enjoy my own NYC mansions.
I grew up in & around there... trust me.. all of the neighborhood is safe for 1 common reason.. FIGURE THAT OUT..and you'll heed the warning
Not sure why anyone in 2024 would think that any neighborhood is safe....
Lack of blacks
The most likely choice this neighborhood remains safe is there aren't any people there with poor education. You can't stereotype a certain group. Blacks are wealthy too. From entertainers, athletes, business owners , doctors and engineers. The blacks you are talking about are ghetto residents. Get your facts straight and stop being ignorant in 2024.
It doesn't matter of race or creed. For a person to live in such an exclusive neighborhood, they need a higher type of education to be able to build wealth.. In your mind, you think all blacks are from ghettos and uneducated. We just had a black president a few years back. Did he have a ghetto mentality to run our country or lack of education ? Why don't you comment on that one.
What’s all the rubber marks in those intersections
Malba has more and more McMansions now and a real lack of access to good public transportation. You pretty much need a car if you live there, but some of the views of the Sound are pretty.
Jayceon, you didn't tell us what size you wear. This is pertaining to the giveaway for the sneakers.
I wear size 8 to 8 1/2 sneaker.
You want to see mansions with giant circular driveways and countless square feet- go to Inglewood Cliffs NJ and lose your mind!!
Ok Riverdale is richer,I know cause I'm sueing them, kid,
You'd think they could afford to bury their powerlines.
Technically, anything on the other side of the bridge is Whitestone.
Respect the signs of “Do not enter” and “Stop” And don’t show up there are richest people because, New York, it’s been invading for bad people right now! Too much delinquency! 😢
It's the richest neighborhood in QUEENS not all of nyc. ...
I would think Riverdale in the Bronx would be the wealthiest.
@152riggs Riverdale is rich but not that rich it's not even on the list of the most expensive neighborhoods in nyc Manhattan always leads because some homes are up to $100 million while in Riverdale homes goes around for 1 million or 2 which is cheap
He should go to holliswood or Jamaica estates. Houses are older and much nicer. My friend has 17 fireplaces but lives off GCP...Trumps mothers house has a elevator
@@gjstein5418 my friend's mother is from Jamaica estates it's so beautiful sadly not all of Jamaica queens is
@shawnhall9792 it was when the Germans Started it....Jamaica ave had an original RKO theater...the building may still stand not like the one in flushing. Jamaica HS had a shooting club up into the late 60s. Jamaica HS was probably the grandest HS in the 5 boroughs...it looks like a castle.
Tell you NOW.. Hit the wrong house... YOU WILL NEVER BE HEARD FROM AGAIN.. Take that as a Tip ...on personal safety..
why? mafia still there? those old cadies sure looked it!
@joesmith9216 like I said...Take your chances...!!! They may be dying off BUT NOT GONE...
@@burkena of course man, the old school upper class mafia/jesuit guys still live in those type of neighborhoods, they guard them well too, any of the hood rats go there they get run out.
I had one living on my street in College Point Queens LOL
@@raymondrocco8607 Rocco brothers??
It's the richest neighborhood in Queens, but not NYC. There are apartments on Billionaire row in Manhattan worth $50M. And some parts of Brooklyn have homes like this that are just as high.
I used to sell candy in that neighborhood
What bridge is that?
Whitestone Bridge
Plenty of parking on streets!!!! No need for "Alternate Side " days!!!!
*Not the richest neighborhood in NYC. There is a street in Manhattan literally called billionaires row. BILLIONAIREs! The penthouse of the tallest building on billionaires row cost $138 million (for an apartment). My one bedroom in Gramercy Cost $712k. Manhattan is the most expensive place in the U.S. per square foot. PER SQUARE FOOT. Those people are in houses. They wanted more for their money even if it meant living in the sticks. They’re probably middle class or poor by NYC standards. *
You should go check out Lawrence NY you will see how rich people live back there Mansions Everywhere
Lawrence, NY may have mansions, but the focus of this video is not Lawrence or any other locations outside of the five boroughs of NYC. People don't expect to see mansions in "NYC." But all the five boroughs have, or have had mansions. Bronx, Brooklyn, Staten Island all have mansions. Just do some research. By the way, Lawrence was historically part of Queens County, as was all of Nassau until 1898. That's when Queens decided to join NYC.
You would never know you are in NYC.
The richest part in new york city ??? I was expecting more especially knowing the cost of living .there are
Cities in this country that would blow this Area away
Lotta Greeks diner owners live here
I don’t think it’s the richest neighborhood but nice.
todt hill in staten island is the richest
RICH WERE'S THE BEACH
It’s a overpriced ChitHole and nobody walks the streets at night just like the other parts of New York City
Looking good and speckless, dust and noise free.
I work in that area they got money but they are too stingy
You MUST NOT...Be cutting the grass correctly
aren't all italians, haha
I love Queens so much.🤗🥰😍🙏❤🤍💙🇺🇲💪🏻👍🎉🎊🔥
I don’t see no white Lawn jockeys ?
One of the best things about the USA is that information on expensive neighborhoods is so easy to find!! Then you have stupid channels like this one posting everything. Haha! Of course somebody can just Google maps. But you make the cartels job so much easier!! Thank you from all the South American cartels!!
We are waiting for you. Make your final arrangements before your visit.
@@3markaw haha!! 'We'

Nice neighborhood. I don’t think this is the most expensive
This is a nice neighborhood, but it's not the richest in the City.
Richest?? U folks r being ripped off.
