That little room would be a formal dining room for me. Not enough table space otherwise for big family dinners.

Put the master bath where the den is and then make the master bath location a formal dining area. That way it connects with the loving room and entry way, but is separate as well if that makes sense.
I would put my 14 person table that I want.

Chance, I would make that room off the kitchen a sunroom and make the master closet a little bigger with double rakes in the smaller part. Otherwise it's perfect!!! Love it!!! ❤❤❤❤️
Your videos allow me to house shop! Soon (a few years) my mom and I will be moving. Seeing these homes and the floor plan really helps to narrow down what we want in a space. Love this house! I would make the den a library/office.

Loved this home! That room off the kitchen for my family would be a guest room (Murphy bed)/office/toy room. Such a beautiful home! Thank you sharing.
Play room when my kids were littles, then library / office as they got bigger. Would reverse where the cabinet and toilet were in master bath for a little privacy, and seat in shower. Liked the closet right outside the second bath for linens and towels... nice. Big bedrooms!! Leave room in the laundry room for a second fridge or freezer.
Agree that it needs space for a freezer or refrigerator in the laundry room.
I believe this is one of the nicest, most versatile homes I have seen. Great starter home with tons of space, light and room to grow. Thanks Chance!
Nice house. The master closet is small so I would add shelves and use it as a shoe / purse closet. I would add a door between the master and the small room and use it as a dressing room.
That room would be a home office.
This is the only modular that i have seen that look exactly like a stick built house due to the way the windows r placed on the interior. I absolutely LOVE this house!

Totally vibing on that exterior - the wood cladding with the periwinkle blue? Just *chef kiss* BUT - seeded glass lighting fixtures? So early 2000s; I know, because that's all any new home owner/house wife remodeling the living spaces wanted when I was doing their designs...
I would make it part of the master bed room and remove the other door to it and expand master bathroom to include a soaked tub
Don't need a den but with all of those windows it would be a perfect craft room!
I am obsessed with the kitchen. I love that it’s open to the living room but you can still hide any mess of the kitchen lol

This by far my favorite home you’ve shown us. Every time I watch one of your videos I usually find something I don’t like about a model, but I could live with it. I was expecting the price to be much higher than it is. This plan is a winner.

I'd make that room off the kitchen a dining room and maybe a built-in hutch along the side wall. That's a nice size 2nd bath and I'd take out some of the counters in the utility room and put in a dog wash station. The main suite is nice but need a bench in the shower, love the shiplap!

You filmed one similar to this before. I would make the room the dining room and have an island in the shape of a T in the kitchen.
That's absolutely gorgeous. I love the colours, the staging isn't too much. Two things I'd change to make it perfect would be the colour of the outside and add a removable shower head in the master bathroom, that would make it perfect for me 😁

Hello, I really like watching your videos. If I was looking for a house, I'd be looking at single wide homes, but, I enjoy all of them. I think you should open drawers and cabinet doors. I know if I was looking for a home, I'd be looking in every cabinet door and drawer. I just like seeing that, but, maybe I'm strange 😊. Anyway I enjoy the tours.

That room off of the kitchen is beautiful.. i would make it my very sunny home office!
I do like the porch. I think if they put the entry door off to the side instead of the middle it would cut down on wind entering into that home.
That sunroom's location is good for nursery; you might want to later turn it into a library and/or homeschooling room.
I'd take one of the cabinets out of the utility room to make room for a freezer, and I'd use the den as a formal dining room.
This home is out standing beautiful home . That room can be a in-law suite and also a sunroom as it’s. Only deal breaker are the vent in floors .
Really love this one!❤ l would raise the roof and add crown molding also get rid of the cabinet in master bath. Move shower over shortening the bathroom so I could make the closet bigger. Then it would be perfect!
That room by the kitchen would be my piano room/nursery/sunroom. I just need one room my cats aren't allowed in...lol
I like that it has a foyer. Small pantry but I'll take it. Would use smaller room off of kitchen as a diningroom. Nice counter space near stove. Love guest bathroom. Nice primary suite. Beautiful home thank you for the tour

The outside of this home is such a pretty blue color. Beautiful kitchen. The room behind the pocket door would be my office. I love the setup of the guest bathroom. Perfect utility room with a sink and lots of counter space. Master shower needs a seat.

The foyer entrance is amazingly nice..and the sitting room is so quaint and relaxing looking..Love the kitchen as well..All of the room's are good sizes and roomy enough to walk around...I love the windows on each side of the stove..The sitting room beside the kitchen is absolutely a perfect choice...(LovingThisRoomfor reading).Great Floorplan and Layout..😀🌻☀️🌼🌞🌝

That room off the kitchen there with the sliding doors perfect for board room meetings at home invite crew home for breakfast then put them to work immediately with big long conference table with the big swivel high back chairs those windows could be reduced or eliminated for charts & graphs you get the idea
That room would be my art studio. Look at all the natural light coming in!
The room near the kitchen l would use it for my she -cave . Put my ravens poster up on the wall and no ventington on the floor I would put in the ceilings. God bless ur self and your family always 🙏💟.

Chance, please, please, tilt the camera upwards so the ceiling is always in view. It’s tough to see the volume of space when the camera is pointed towards the floor. Great videos. Keep up the good work.
Love so many things about this home. The kitchen is perfection! I sure hope the companies that hire you to showcase their homes know how valuable your videos are and that you are the only account that shows such detailed videos of all the things we are looking for…
Neither my kids or grandkids had a nursery. They always slept in Mom and Dad's room until about a year old then got their own room but not a nursery.
I would use the room off the kitchen either as a dining room like many others have said or a homeschooling room/library for my grandson.
Beautiful house but it needs color. I know that's easy to add so I'd still take it. Okay, the kitchen doesn't have a pantry but look at all those cabinets. You're right, Chance, if someone was to run out of cabinets, they need to give away or sell some of their stuff 😂.

Oh WOW, Beautiful Entry with the foyer.The window s are beautiful and elongated and brings in the natural light.I love the light paint on the kitchen walls, really makes the kitchen look bigger.. Wonderful size for the island in the kitchen,not bulky and too long .This extra room could be a great extra bedroom or reading room or a relaxing room to get comfortable after a long day..Each bedroom. Is a good size.Enough room to get around in..😄🌼☀️🌻🌞😀

This reminds me of the Franklin Attic house w/o the attic and the Winston Helicon 3. I’d make the sunroom the master bathroom and the master bathroom a walk in closet.
