Team Leaders Training V2 0 by Jane Aguilar

This training is available to all leaders of Handmaids of the Lord who have been chosen to serve as Team Leaders for the Christian Life Program. The conduct of the CLP Team Leaders Training should be 3 months before the scheduled CLP. Ideally, this should be conducted prior to the CLP
Training itself. This will give the Team Leaders ample time to prepare themselves for the upcoming CLP.
The goal of the training is to develop and boost the confidence of the Team Leaders through the following:
1. A Pastoral Session entitled “Stir into Flame” that aims to exhort the Team Leaders to cultivate the gifts they have received from the Holy Spirit through the active and faithful practice of prayer, study, service, fellowship and sacraments. This will effectively prepare them spiritually for their role as CLP Team Leaders.
2. A Workshop Session entitled “The First 4 Steps to Confident Leadership” which aims to develop the Team Leader’s confidence in terms of basic public speaking and in interacting with their participants and service team.
