My Mom had the same complaints about privacy when I showed her this listing, such a Mom thing, yeah but that balcony would be a little annoying with everyone above looking down on you
Trust me it was very unfortunate that the sensor got dirty but once we started filming we didn’t have the right tools to clean it. Had to make the best of the time we had. We are sorry

For half that price you can get a condo with a private elevator! If I’m paying close to $5 mill I don’t want to ride the “public” common elevator %%!!!!
@@YouKnowWh0ooo A private elevator would be such a huge plus to the unit but considering the unit location, this would be very difficult. However, the unit is still 4100 Sqft and has that massive 800 sqft patio WITH 3 PARKING SPACES! Not taking anything away from your point but for 4.5 Million, that is good value.
@@thefurtadogroup7216 The owner might want to investigate reprograming the elevator to read the FOB as an executive floor with express service... If I can afford $5 mill I am not waiting around for the elevator to come up to me or get down to my 3 car parking space! Time is money and money is time.. have you ever waited for an elevator on the 33rd floor???!!!
This place would be cool to rent for a week of use for a movie or video shoot but i wouldnt want to live there. No privacy on the private balcony, and then it just seems unsafe even though logically i know it is.

Beautiful unit. The only thing is the unit has no privacy is looked into by all the units from the building on each side.

As a photographer myself I just can't ignore those dirty spots on the frame. But a good review though!
