I recently attended the Mobile Hunter Roadshow in Spring Port Michigan and finally got eyes on the new for 2023 Lone Wolf Custom Gear Cross Over climber. This climber is 2 years in development and is sure to change the industry again!

It is a great piece of gear.... But for $999.99 plus shipping it should climb all by itself, gut your deer, drag it out and help cut and wrap it.
Really there a 1000 bucks thought they were like 400

I was figuring there would be a way to adjust both sections as you climb. It can be done.. But still wouldn't be worth a grand..

Seems like there are a few trees i could climb with it. What is your thoughts on the climber? Is it worth the money. You can not climb up most trees on state land. I do like the portability.
I think it's nice but at that price it's gonna be hard for a lot of people to swallow. Id assume sales will be slow until some reviews come out on it.

Did LWCG change the platform crossbar??! If you were going up 20’+ with the old LW climber it was hard to get enough pitch at the bottom because of the straight crossbar. I hope so, cause we all know how sketchy it is to adjust the platform 20’ up!

Should have gotten someone that actually uses a climber to demonstrate it. Tethered in the whole way, you can easily adjust the platform and the hand climber without going back down. You can tell he hasn't used a climber in 20yrs.

I was looking forward to this until I seen the price. I shot my first deer with a bow out of the original hand climber. It was a great stand then you couldn’t purchase new rubber wraps for it. $1K for a stand! Sheesh…

Nah, there’s still some OG sit n climb that pop up on market place for $300-$350. I don’t like them though. I’m very partial to my LW Assault hang on.

The summit is just better and cheaper. I’ll carry the extra few pounds. And I’ll carry the extra few pounds for miles before I buy that for 1000 dollars

I'm sorry fellas but I really don't think I would give 300 for that. Looks too small couldn't imagine having all my gear on sitting in that.

Really $1000! Have we lost our minds? $4000-$6000 for a Ravin Crossbow and now $1000 for a climber and I'm actually getting less (material) at a higher price! Time for all hunters to go retro. When the state realizes how much you are willing to pay on gear I expect license and tags to go through the roof; and why not. I'm done. Dad hunted from 2x4's 10 feet from the ground with a 30 year old Browning and bagged a 10 pointer almost every year consecutively. Oh and enjoy driving too your hunt in your $80,000 pickup truck.
Yeah, it's very expensive. In your opinion, what do you think a fair price would be? Also I used to hunt deer off of limbs in trees, Id just climb the tree and hunt!
@MichiganGreatOutdoors A fair price? Consideration; I could spend $300 on a Harbor Freight welder and another $200 on material and literally build something very compatible. And in the end I would still have the welder and save $500 to boot. Fair price should be based on cost not what the market might bare.
