Awesome video. Thank you. I used to work for a radio station in the area a couple of decades ago. I read five Bay Area newspapers a day. There was mention in one of the articles I read that Tesla had a lab on the “side” of Mt. Diablo. I’ve not been able to find anything on the internet about it for ages now. I also recall a Tesla lake or park up there. Odd that LLL is at the bottom of the mountain essentially. My brother used to live at the base of it. Sadly, it’s where he killed himself. Terrible energy in his home. No mistakes with the name the mountain and pulpit were given. Also, part of the mountain sure has some fascinating things to look at via the big brother map app. Almost like there’s a whole city up there. One we see with ease…one only with eyes to see. Keep up the great work.

@@I_am_Kairos I’ll keep digging. There is a society to save Tesla Lake or something like that in that area. I’ll find that and post it. So much has been scrubbed. My studio looked right out at Mt. Diablo. I barely knew all the Tesla lore back then, but I thought it was odd enough to file away in my noggin. I was the youngest member of one of the historic societies where I used to live, so I was really into anything historical in the area. I really love your work and your channel. Thanks to Jon for that.

@@I_am_Kairos This is from the link I will share. They are claiming they don’t know why it was named after Tesla. Hilarious. “ The land we call Tesla Park is within the ancestral homelands of the Yokuts and Ohlone peoples, where it traditionally provided seasonal hunting, gathering, and trading grounds, and it holds sacred ceremonial sites. For about 20 years during the late 1800s and early 1900s, Tesla was a busy mining town named after the inventor and engineer Nikola Tesla, but little of the town remains today.”

I’m sure your viewers would like your take on it. I don’t know if it’s same as Castle Rock. Here is a link with more images. The description of how formed is does not negate how curious this is and worthy of questioning, but at least it goes beyond the “wind” sculpture narrative. I wonder how local native tribes feel about the Indian grinding hole theory. And btw, the mountain is a major tarantula migratory hub. Have never witnessed, but did have a close encounter in an apartment laundry room that region, we both exited room safely. Keep exploring. ua-cam.com/video/880PYH8Rchg/v-deo.html
