There are no remains of the dead human, titans are fabricated out of thin air, there's something magical, or superhuman about how they exist. When a titan dies, it's body becomes light like if it were made of tree bark, and they rot away very quickly, leaving no trace of a dead human's remains.
Quality of animation, pace and editing are all a level higher compared to 90% of SNK AMV's out there that I've seen so far. So get yourself a highest quality and enjoy it.
