Was a 2016 duster owner and now a seltos, I have to admit, the level of comfort and the appeal of the duster is truly unmatched. Though there is no gizmos like the seltos, the duster was truly an amazing product. A bad patch of road, we sail through it in duster, but not in seltos😂 and even in the fuel efficiency part, we got 23+ FE figures (85PS diesel manual) where as, my seltos 1.5 CVT gives only 18!! We still miss DUSTER ❤❤
I own a 2015 Duster and Skoda Superb, still Duster drives like a charm it's the one I always prefer taking long trips efficient, driver friendly, and comfortable, great product and much reliable than my Superb.
I have my duster for 10 years still want to replace it with a 7 seater duster. Ride and handling cannot be compared to cars like creta
i am a 2WD 85 PS Duster owner from 2013 did a K to K with it covering 17,500 kms within India in 50 days. sold it on 2019 clocking 1,25,000kms. that used to give a mileage of roughly 22+ km per liter, and exchanged it for a top end 115ps AWD Duster, which i am using till now. this is giving a mileage of 16kms per liter. agree with all the demerits you said. but as a driver, I just love this car. Happy to hear the come back of it. i am always happy to lend my Car if you need it for a review at any point in time.

I used to drive my father's Bajaj Excel (younger, less popular brother of Bajaj Chetak) till 2004... Used to drop my colleague in Egmore from Cathedral Road late in the night after long hours of work, and then go to St.Thomas Mount from there after that 😀

Renault has some serious issue understanding India auto market dynamics. Duster was once the compact suv king that introduced compact suv segment in India. Renault killed their own beautiful flagship product. I own 2018 petrol CVT. Butter smooth and extreme comfort both in City and long drives. I'm looking for upgrade and I just don't see anything as close as Duster.

2016-17 இல் டஸ்டர் பெட்ரோல் மேனுவல் டெஸ்ட் டிரைவ் செய்தேன். அதனுடைய சஸ்பென்சன் மட்டும் பிடித்திருந்தது. அவ்வளவு பெரிய வண்டிக்கு 1500 சிசி யின் பிக் அப் போதுமானதாக இல்லை. எகோ ஸ்போர்ட்டிலேயே ( 4 மீட்டருக்கு குறைவான) அந்த அளவு இஞ்சின் இருந்தது. 2018-19 இல் மீண்டும் டஸ்டரைப் போய் பார்த்தேன். டேஸ்போர்ட் ரொம்ப பழையதாக இருந்தது. ரியர் ஏசி வெண்ட் இல்லை. சிவிடி ஆடோமேட்டிக் மட்டும் இருந்தது. அதனால் வாங்கவில்லை. டஸ்டர் EV வந்தால் வாங்கிவிடுவேன் என முடிவெடுத்தான். ஆனால் அதன் பில்ட் குவாலிட்டி அவ்வளவு சரியில்லை என்ற செய்திகளைப் பார்க்கிறேன். அதன் global ncap எத்தனை ஸ்டார்?

Good work bro….learning lots from your efforts….and likely we(family) going to buy a car as a family use….Having four variants as an idea like Nexon, Dzire, Kiger, Magnite…can you suggest me which one to prefer
Nexon and Kiger are well priced for its features. We personally considered all the options and went for a Kiger. Turbo Petrol manual is the best performance in its segment with 4 star ratings. Limited interior cosmetic mods other than that nothing big to complain just test drive it even if your not interested in buying

Do you think diesel engine will be stopped by all manufacturers in India after a decade by mean try control pollution norms and EV upgradations. Problem : 85 ps under powered !
Clutch spring noise : Never sorted out problem ! Even service team confirmed to me that Renault themselves are not in a position to sort this out !
For 85 ps - poor mileage when compare to Ford eco sport !!
