We need two joysticks to play
If you have two gamepad then it is good otherwise you have one keyboard then you can play it as in video shown.

Yes,first configure key for player1 keyboard and then connect joysticks/gamepad. Now p2 can play with gamepad/joystick.

It say "Please install PPJoyBus.sys first"
If you are using x64 windows then start cmd as run as administrator
Type bcdedit -set testsigning on ... You watch command from video 1:27 .Now restart after this you will show a logo up of clock test mode if it is there than install again ppjoy setup
