I can buy that he may have a slight crush on her (if I stretch), but she sees him as little more than a cockroach. A cockroach she has no regrets or qualms about crushing beneath her boots then forgetting about his existence 10 minutes later.

He kind of knew this was gonna happen, once the Witch got what she wanted and planned it all before hand, he was like ,,Okay time to kill this witch’‘ Then in the End he ended up battling her just to know who is stronger that’s why he said ,,I tell you where the formula is when you are the last one standing here‘‘ kind of have the feeling, he did all of this just to try her and see who is stronger and a better Creation from these Sisters.💯
