I have had one of their bags for a couple years now. Absolutely love it. I had a brass snap fall off sent them an email, they asked for a photo and then sent me a new one. Customer service was the best experience I had. Can't recommend this company enough.
I love my Nutsac. I usually don't put a knife near my Nutsac to compare sizes tho. My Nutsac is very wrinkled because it has aged a lot. My Nutsac can store quite a load as well.
The guys that would complain about the price of the NS duffle are the same ones that will get in line to buy a Grimsmo as a justifiable purchase. Thanks for the great review Nick.
I might pick that up as a tool bag actually. Bought one of their disc golf bags years ago and enjoyed it. Plus you get to say nutsac in a variety of ways every time you're using the bag.
Their bags are pretty impressive from what I can tell. I just haven't had a need to get a bag that expensive. If I had the need, I definitely would tho. Also, I like the name, they don't take themselves too seriously, and neither do I.
Thanks for the review on this nice bag. Typically I gloss over companies and products that name themselves somewhat controversial, as they usually do so because their product(s) and/or quality cannot do so in and of themselves.
I agree it is attractive. In business, where image is a serious thing, the styling would go a long way. The pricing is the real rub for me. So, I guess this comes down to how long will it to take for the sting of the price to subside, after I have purchased, so that I can start to enjoy the style? Decisions...decisions.
You should try Tom Bihn Bags from Seattle. Similar, or better quality, but much lighter. Their full-size duffle, for example starts at 800 grams (under 2 pounds). I’ve no connection with the company, except I’m a customer and serious user.
Tom Bihn makes great nylon bags. That statement also explains why they are so much cheaper than Nutsac. Even high quality nylon like theirs is cheaper than the materials Nutsac uses. Again, I am not knocking Tom Bihn just explaining the price disparage.
New album came out today! It's a self-titled from a band called The Jackass and the Pocket Peckers featuring the song "Wabi-Sabi of Everyday Existence" with a b-side of "Vaguely Indiana Jones"
Nutsacks are indeed a great quality bag...but like you say the price is just up there. Perhaps they sell plenty of them at that price but they would sell a whole bunch more if they just eased up on that price just a little.
Regarding price: As someone who travels frequently and has worn out three $30-100 nylon duffles in less than 10 years, this starts to look cost effective. It's undeniably more attractive. Also, while sturdy, surplus is not exactly super high quality. It's made by the lowest bidder and it shows. Some of the crappiest stuff I've owned was issued to me by the government.
"I've used, actually, a bunch of nutsac products" ... "it tends to hold up over time" -Selectively edited from Mr Shabazz 2020 Edit: I've had a nutsac wallet for a year or so, I like it. It also came with a sticker. So now my laptop is an intel-i7-sac... ehh? eh? ok.
I've always liked the look of these bags, but the branding really kills it for me. As a person with a nut allergy, I would never be caught carrying something that throws so much support behind corporate Big Tree Nut. Would prefer to find an alternative that is more morally palatable. (mostly serious, this is kind of a deal breaker for me)
Dont sell it short, I bet you could fit at least 2 standard American arms and maby a couple of feet. Lol, kidding. Great looking bag. Its weird I've never heard of this brand.
you do... one of the best (and I mean like top 4) ways to gain views is twitter. All you have to do is post "hay new vid right here"every time you uploade
The thing about the price is that an object of any sort, made with quality materials and quality construction by people being paid a decent wage, is going to be expensive. Better to have fewer things that will last a lifetime and are ethically produced than a houseful of cheap crap made under predatory conditions.
So this bag is just over one cubic long. :) But seriously, if I spent $300 on a duffle bag, I would want another bag just to carry this one so it does not get scratched. Three bills for a duffle??
Gotta disagree. The material looks terrible to this viewer. I can’t stand how scuffed it looks. It’s like a microfiber couch that never looks good. Attractive? Not. Really bland.
@@stoneblue1795 Makes total sense for military or heavy use then. Reminds me of my firehose pants from Duluth. They aren’t the best looking of pants-although they aren’t as bad looking as I find this bag-but they are indestructible. They don’t have a scratch on them from heavy work that would have destroyed most any other type of pants. It’s interesting that Nick likes materials that appear to scuff easily like this bag and the leather bags that he likes. It doesn’t seem to match his taste in knives and watches. Thanks for your comment though. I’ll keep this material in mind for tools and hiking backpacks that really need to hold up.
Just found your channel while recovering from surgery. You’re articulate, intelligent, and hilarious. I’d probably watch your review on ice melting.
The good, great, bad and ugly of melting ice? I'd watch it.
He does watch reviews , is that close enough ?
Indeed.

I’ve started using Spiderco Delicas as my “Goto” unit for measurements. Far more accurate than cm and inches and convey a true sense of scale 👍🏼
I wish I could get one of those :(
They sell like yojimbo 2 and subvert here.... But no delica....
For the first time Nick's feet got in a review..... I think
#footreveal
He's reviewed another bag where he showed his feet and talked about why he wears mismatched socks.
The nature study of pocket peckers showed The Nick to wear snazzy brown leather slip-ons

This bag works very well with your fashion sockage statement. It’s a beautiful thing!
I love my Nutsac. I usually don't put a knife near my Nutsac to compare sizes tho. My Nutsac is very wrinkled because it has aged a lot. My Nutsac can store quite a load as well.
Thx for having so many things I want, and are reviewing for me
Just bought one of their satchels based off of this review. Thanks Nick for the trustworthy reviews and entertaining style. 👍🤘🖖
The guys that would complain about the price of the NS duffle are the same ones that will get in line to buy a Grimsmo as a justifiable purchase. Thanks for the great review Nick.
'Vaguely Indiana Jones' is my favorite style too!! Thanks for the great review Nick
I have three of their bags including the Muy Grande. Like them a lot.
Z Hunter came out with a line of packs and haversacks for zombie heads.
I might pick that up as a tool bag actually. Bought one of their disc golf bags years ago and enjoyed it. Plus you get to say nutsac in a variety of ways every time you're using the bag.
I know this is an older video, but I literally guffawed when you brought the Spyderco Delica onscreen for comparison.
Well, that’s a change in perspective!
Awesome Nick! I tried buying the Tac Sac 13, currently out of stock tho D:
Ll Bean has a similar “imported” wax leather duffle for $159.
It's all relative, I have a couple GoRuck packs-and they're expensive! But well made, carry great, and look decent. Like this one, good review Nick!
Their bags are pretty impressive from what I can tell. I just haven't had a need to get a bag that expensive. If I had the need, I definitely would tho.
Also, I like the name, they don't take themselves too seriously, and neither do I.
Yeah, I have the gray man one. Looks very snazzie, works well, and will last well past my little life time. Makes me feel like a rich operator!
Various areas said with your accent is quite pleasant.

Nice nutsac. I wonder if they make a matching Gooch wallet?
Nice bag. BAD bags are my usual go to for American made bags. Now I have an option next time I'm in the market for a bag.
You got my thumbs up for the puns Nick..
Why's the brand name "NutSac" not included as a 'great' 😂
Awesome!:>

If I pay $300 for a canvas bag made with 1860s technology, I better get handed the bag, $275 in change, plus a Starbucks gift card.

Nice bag, crazy funny name 😂
Not bad, I really like my Redoxx bags better plus the Redoxx lifetime warranty sold me. Redoxx overbuilds absolutely everything.
I love my duffel!
Am i the only one who finds it hysterical that the company is called nutsack?
Sort of FILSON lite.

Ever look at the FILSON duffles? I've had them for 40+ years..never an issue.
Think of all the expensive watches that Sac could hold.
Nick to coworker: "Hey, look at my nutsac!"
Coworker: "Uh, what?"
Nick: "Look at it, look! Wanna touch it?"
Hr to Nick: "Nick can we see you in our office"
Nick to Hr: "Whats the problem? I just wanted to show him my Nutsac. Do you want to see my nutsac, it's great, and... it's waxed."
"I've used, actually, a bunch of nutsac products" ... "it tends to hold up over time"

Is that US arm Mil-Spec?
do you have a twitter bod sir

How much!?😬pretty steep but at least it's made in America 🇺🇸
Funny af
hay... whona compare nutsacs?
Distortion doesn't bother me, these socks on the other hand....
It is an utter impossibility that a rating or review of Knife Daddy’s NutSac to be anything less than an 11/10. ❤️🥰🥜💦😛
Oh yes.... I’ve been looking for a big strong nutsac!
edit: totally brand unaware until now, I’m off to browse to see if any are calling to my wallet.
As standard US arm ? For the Zombie in the audience !
So this bag is just over one cubic long. :)

The scratches add to the character and story of the bag. I actually WANT the scratches!
Ha Nut Sack
I hope this isn’t named after the family who created the business. That’s a tough day on the school yard.
USAF test pilot Chuck Yeager married a gal named
Glennis Dickhouse in 1945. I'll just leave it at that.....
I hate being this early, all I have to say is first
should be called the scrotum

Waxed canvas. That's how it works. Army has used it since they were riding horses.
It holds up.
