Bro I'm from Okap and really love this video. I spoke to my soul and really make me miss my city. This is definitely a part of my life I have to get back to. Awesome video man I love what you're doing. This NEED to keep going. Haiti#1 Country.
When I use to read a lot about Haitian history I read that Okap is where 25 % of all slaves coming from West Africa passed. Biggest slave trading port in the world for African slaves. This means slaves who ended up everywhere including here in America...anyway this is the first youtube channel that I have ever actually ticked the notification channel...amazing amazing stuff
I’ve never seen such a beautiful video about Haiti! Especially showing Okap, my hometown like that! I felt like i was there while watching. I feel so emotional and proud.! Thank you so so much! Keep up the good work❤️🙌🏾 i’m from Okap! Man i miss home so much..
It's because the other vloggers don't portray the city in the true spirit that it should. I watch alot of other well known UA-cam creators who have covered Cap-Haitian and they spend less than 5% of the video interviewing or talking to the locals. They portray them(not intentionally) as mean spirited and unfriendly towards foreigners. This is the first video that i've watched in 5 years that had this much energy and excitement for Okap.
I know this series is going to be fun ! Can you ask around about airbnb's or homes for people who want to go as a multi family pack? Thank you & keep it up❤️
@c'estmoilou jjust in case, you can always ask sakapfetokap or other cap haitian instagram tourist type of sites or hotels like Christophe, satama hotel etc... or local tour guide or agency, plenty in okap and in instagram. great video seejeanty!
Please continue this series as there are some videos about Cap-Haitien on UA-cam but they dont show the energy and liveliness of the people like your videos do. I have watch a ton of UA-cam vloggers over the years and sadly Haiti, gets the least attraction on their video. The people on the walkthroughs and interviews always seem so sad or uninterested in conversing with foreigners. Your series is the first and ONLY one that really shined a light on the happiness behind the city we know as Okap!
😍 😍I’ve watched so many of your videos in 1 night! This one is my favorite thus far. I’ve always wanted to see the Citadel but have not yet had the opportunity. Very engaging. Visually captivating. Keep up this amazing work!!!
Wow Haitian casava I am buying now thanks 🙏 Fir everything and For sharing the link am still looking for the fresh dry Djon djon ( mushroom) to be in stock.. I am here to support our local products
Tout vidéo yo bel, men ocap bezwen Sannite ak kamion fatra Lot Bo pont pa bel di tou. Magistra okap la ta bezwen 4 ou 5 kamyion saniter poul rézoud problem sa ki de premier importans. Definitely subscribe and turned on the notification!!Thk you brother..Can you tell me plz what they used to cook the casava, it's some type of cooking stone or iron?
They should look into providing cable cars to the ruins like China. They are missing out on a demographic who has nothing better to do than travel. I personally consider the battle grounds of Citadel as one of our 🌎 great wonders
Pépé helps the extremely poor. My delusional of being size smedium 🤧has contributed to a few individual’s livelihood. 😱 I have Toruń to your Jéremie episode. My grands ate from there.
But all the Haitians don't care now they want to leave Haiti go to USA in the humanitarian parole😢. They don't love Haiti no more. The diaspora make the see USA like a heavenly place.
Bonjou see Jean-Yves the architecture is good but the finish work is lousy The varnish over the doors are not professional. The kitchen is pakoty the stove is in the wrong place. Cooking in a warm country ventilation. But good presentation. I know in haiti there is a shortage of good carpenter that was a dilemma for us in jacmel. YO TRAVAY PAKOTY TROP. BUT GOOD LUCK BROTHER!

Is there a way Haiti can terminate RC’s lease
Not legally.
Why would they do that? They recently renewed the lease.
Great xork!
Please don't stop this legacy.
Lomg time my friend
Would you recommend not riding the horses up to Citadel?
Not really. It's such a shock to the body!
It’s cool as a first time thing but that back pain afterwards is not worth the ride. I had back pain for three days and could barely sleep.
wow i remember watching ton ton bicha with my mom when i was a kid. lmao i didnt know that he was not an old man. woooowwwwwwww
