I actually taught myself to go through a door between my left and right brain during crippling migraine headaches, as a way of escaping the pain for a time. People thought that sounded crazy, but it worked.
We are GOD(The ONENESS) individualized as these personalities, as expressed by the "ANGEL" that my daughter gives voice to 🙏💚😇

Your tip about shifting focus to the right side of the brain may just be the best thing I’ve ever learned. I tried it out immediately on my racing thoughts and it WORKS! It’s incredible. I’ve done it multiple times today when I had intruding unpleasant thoughts and it works every time. Thank you so much!

The brain hemisphere "shift" exercise is amazing and also quite a "coincidence" . I have recently been trying to channel ( following Suzanne's wonderful tips) and every time I get into a deeper state than I have before, but it always feel like a big "presence in the right side of my mind .... now I know why.. Wow !

I was wondering how come I never see any video of anyone one channeling Jesus and shortly after I say your video where you channeled Jesus. It was so amazing, even the voice that came out of you when he came through, had a different tone. It's hard to explain but it was so powerful to experience it. I really loved his sense of humor too. Your stuff is really amazing.

Human, Soul, and Pure Spirit. ♥ Your left brain, right brain excercise was perfect for me. My right brain was resonating with the truth you were speaking, but with the lightest "shift" to the left brain 🧠. I was focused on the pretty coral color on your nails. I feel like I just won a small present..to be able to switch, recognize and feel the difference.

I love the musical analogies! I am a musician and I totally get it!!! And the exercise on shifting from the left to the right brain....shift from the left to the RIGHT (not wrong) brain!!! I just started reading your book Messages of Hope as it was a gift from my good friend in Florida (she attended your seminar recently), and I love how I am moved by every word you wrote. My eyes are sore from crying LOL, but it is just amazing!!! Love and Light you truly exude and your light ignites my own!
I have a hard time keeping my mind focused on the right side of my brain... I feel this shows how habituated my mind is with being on the left side... good exercise she did on this to get out of left brain thinking analytical mind and into presence by shifting to right brain focus

The last thing you said struck a cord… To just be ‘it’ and not obsess and chase after it. I’ve heard a lot of spiritual teachers say to ‘just be’ or ‘let go’ and it will come, but I don’t know how to do that. The act of trying to let go doesn’t allow you to let go. And is watching a million videos to grasp these teachings obsessing? I’m going to try the switching from left brain to right brain, cause I am very analytical. Thank you for your wisdom! 🙏🏼

Suzanne, there is a TED talk by a Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, who had suffered a massive stroke that completely shut down her left brain. She calls this talk "My Stroke Of Insight", which is also the title of her book. Have you seen this 15 minute talk ?
I believe in your thoughts about going beyond the ego but many people resist the concept that their ego is not real. They think loss of ego is loss of their identity. They are literally egotistical. I try but can't get them to let go of their ego.

Hi Suzanne. My name is Lisa Miller. I am very distraught. I lost my husband, John, last Saturday. Tomorrow night is for friends and family with the service at 7. Tuesday morning his ashes will be buried at Fort Indiantown Gap with military honors because he was in the end of the Vietnam war. I am trying so very hard to open my 3rd eye. I'm sure too hard. I really miss him. We had such a special marriage & we were so close and in love. For 2 nights in a row now I am so restless and can't even sleep. Any recommendations? When you first started seeing spirits, did that scare you? I'm scared to see spirits, even my own husband whom I love and miss so much. I don't understand where this fear is coming from. And I'm afraid that I'm offending him by feeling this way.

Just want to point out out...regarding the paper with a dot on it exercise you offer....the fact that you state " I'm going to draw something..." draws attention to what you have drawn. The dot. Of course we will focus on that.
Whereas if you were to just say " Here is a piece of paper..what do you see?" this would leave it open to each individual's perception.

Bryony Turk True...However, even when someone gives a direct statement or direction, there are those people who will still see beyond the direction or request...I think her point is to retrain the brain to see the bigger picture no matter the directive, to be truly objective in your observations, if that makes sense..:-)

I have been seeing the entities my entire life. You call them angels, and I know them as eternal entities without the "religious" connotation
I have been treated as a dangerous psycho because of my "people"
I have not been able to stay in the shifted levels, my life experiences have been very painful and I have crossed over in my own deaths and the eternal entities make me come back.
I do not want to be here
I can't believe that I am still treated as if I am mentally ill and not acceptable for seeing the entities who are here with us at all times and you are allowed to bring these concepts to an entire UA-cam community.
I need to have some way of being protected from the condemnation that I have been forced to endure for the past 53 years
I'm coming to a breaking point

I wonder if god/ the creator forgives us not when we lie but when we make up stuff

Move your conciousness to the top of your head. As you close your eyelids, roll your eyes kind of upwards, and let the focus ‘stay’ there, at the top of your head. Feel a possible stream of energy flowing out from your head, both invigorating and cooling. Send love out with this top stream, and get thousandfolds back. You are loved!
