They ring true with what I have also learned directly from spirit.
I love your Q&As. (I LOVE seeing your assistants too! Beautiful Ladies.) But I have also discovered by your teaching, that when I put out the intent before meditation, the answers follow within less than 48 hours. Every time. During meditation and directly after there are no answers. Initially that left me feeling unsure that this was working. But as I've continued to put your teachings into practice, the answers are arriving in unforeseen ways- it's unreal. It's surreal. I just suggest to the watchers and the readers to do just that. Put out your questions to the universe, (I find that one question is best, multiple questions might confuse, not your guides obviously, but your own mind from recognizing the answer. I truly am experiencing a profound shift of awareness during the time following my question/or intention for understanding. Again, the answers come so simply and swiftly that I know they were a direct response. Like you've mentioned many times before, "We can all do this."

Thank you for sharing this, it is also what happens to me too as I feel that I am now in constant connection and awareness of the Universal field! Funnily enough, one of my main problems is that I doubt myself even though I feel that I have very strong connections to Creator, Jesus, and Mother Earth and I just clicked on my notifications and I had a message from the 1 Tarot reader that I follow and the title was "Speak up....Making your voice heard". I especially loved Sanaya's answer through you, Suzanne about pets. I have a Great Dane puppy, now 5 months old, who I have felt all along is the embodiment of three of my soul mate four legged furries previously. One was also a Dane, another a Golden Retriever and another a Belgian Tervuren. I feel like, even though they are reincarnated with my Zeus and guiding him with me, they are still ever close as Spirit Companions.
I am so grateful to have found these videos by Suzanne Giesemann. I particularly appreciate how she comes from a left-brain, non-'woo-woo' perspective, and how she keeps the messages simple and easy to digest. I find it 'most accessible to receive information on an intellectual level, for as soon as the 'exercise' portion begins, deep feelings of anxiety/panic/ self-doubt are triggered in me, which lead me to shut-down/ 'bounce out' of the exercise.
My struggle has always been when I deliberately attempt any type of 'spiritual practice', like prayer or meditation. These practices, that 'everyone' says are 'supposed' to bring peace and take me to 'higher states of consiousness', paradoxically trigger immense pain, shame, despair, and lead me to pull inward, into my thoughts and hypervigilance.
As soon as the meditation begins, for example, I begin to feel anxious that I'm not experiencing what I 'should' be experiencing, not seeing what I 'should' be visualizing, which triggers and re-enforces a sense of deep failure, and a deeply held belief that there is something wrong with me, that prevents me from accessing what others (seem to) access so easily.
I think that I am perceived by others as 'spiritual', and I am always drawn to spiritual learning, yet my secret shame is that I feel so very limited in my ability to 'connect', and secretly see myself as a sham. I know that being raised in the evangelical christian tradition laid the foundation for these beliefs. As a child I would continually try to 'invite Jesus into my heart', and feel like such a failure when I didn't feel anything.
In church we would sing about 'loving god', but I couldn't feel any love for 'god', only shame and disconnect. I couldn't 'feel the joy', and certainly didn't feel 'brimming over with god's love', so much that I wanted to 'witness' to others! All these early experiences created a tremendous sense of secret inner conflict. I tried to cover my shame with perfectionism in my outer actions (something I could control), but this outer 'good behaviour' couldn't ever make up for the ache I felt inside.
I am always intimidated by those who seem to be able to connect to the spirit world with ease. I feel jealous of their comfort with 'god'/ 'guides'/ Jesus. I sense there is something very real and vital that others are experiencing, that I am not. Yet no matter the tradition I step into, the result is almost always the same: that I try with all earnestness, and end up feeling like a failure. Its like I'm stuck in a spiritual 'groundhog day' of repeating the same experience of my early childhood, of trying so hard to have an authentic 'Jesus experience', and always failing.
Rather than relaxing me, the soft music and verbal instructions of guided meditations make me feel more nervous, 'on edge', self-conscious, and 'activated', because I know I will soon be encountering instructions that will be triggering for me. I try so hard to calm myself, to give myself re-assuring messages, like "its okay if I don't feel/ sense/ see anything', but the panic is just below the surface, and eventually I 'pop out' of the exercise, eyes wide open, just waiting for it to be over.
I wonder, does anyone else feel this way? share this struggle? I am 'jealous' of those like Suzanne who are raised without religion, because when they encounter spirituality as adults, it is without all the early programming, 'BS' (belief systems) that were laid down so early on in childhood, shaping our view of ourselves and of 'god'.
Maybe I just need to keep working at the intellecual level, to keep 're-programming' my beliefs about 'god'/ spirit/ myself, and leave the triggering meditations until I feel REALLY ready to attempt them again. I don't know if persisting in 'trying' to do these meditations is helping me or just setting me back (or keeping me looping in patterns that don't serve me). At any rate, I'm glad for these videos that stay at the 'head' level of information and ideas, and that don't incorporate the 'experiential exercieses' which trigger such deep upset for me.
I hear you! I was raised very very similarly to you it sounds like, and I think maybe experience some of what you are saying, although I’m not quite as triggered by the things you describe. But I can somehow identify.
Try to accept where you are as just that, where you are, and as the only place that you can start on your unique “rest of your journey“. You are where you are, and that’s just fine!
I also really greatly appreciate Suzanne G.’s approach and all that she brings through and the way she presents things. I am also greatly appreciate in Carol Tuttle and her work, including her (online) healing center. Feels like a place where early wounding can come to peaceful resolution and be transformed or released, and where there is a great understanding for such and many other dilemmas that we sense within ourselves at different points. 💞✨🤗

Parasympathetic nervous system is accessed through deep breathing. Get to a Parasympathetic state before you meditate. This is done by taking slow deep breaths.

I loved this Q & A session as I learned so much! I loved the question about the pendulum as I have had a spirit come through it and it gave me false answers and I found out that it was reading my own thoughts by asking it a question for which I knew the answer but kept the real answer out of my mind....very tricky but kept repeating the wrong answer in my head and it answered the answer in my head not the real answer!!! So because I could not trust who or what had connected to my session as I cannot differentiate between positive or negative energies so I decided to leave the pendulum works for now until I can overcome the doubts of authenticity that I now have!

When it comes to earthbound spirits I would always recommend to help guide them into the light 🙏 Their journey upon their last incarnation is done But some are not able to discern based upon how their bodies are no longer alive. This happens alot when they experience sudden death due to an accident or homicide so they may not be aware that their vessel is gone. This can be very confusing therefore whenever we as the living in the vessel are aware of this is when we can help them transition back HOME🙏

I’m a bit confused of which kind of happiness I should place my mind to truly be happy....between the happiness of knowing that we are loved, will be loved and surrounded by that love forever as we will be reuniting and the happiness of letting go, detaching from all things and get back to emptiness / no hurt / nothing.
Same here, especially from someone who suffers from severe clinical depression. I forgot what it is like to have any emotions.
It may help for you to focus on your now moment as often as you can until it becomes second nature! You are loved anyway whether you know it or not! Your whole day can be a continuous now moment of joy, and appreciation......cooking cleaning sewing, that is how I have trained myself, by finding joy in everything I am doing! Hope that helps! This is really interesting, and so far, right along the lines of what I know to be true and what I believe. I was lucky to be born into a sensitive family from my great-great-grandfather, my Grammy and my mom to me and my brother (my two sisters didn't get it). I'm only half way through and doubt anyone will ask 'my' question. I'm getting old! (67) and having problems with dementia beginning. With my meds and such, I've lost a lot of my connection. I was wondering if you had any suggestions on ways to get it back? I'm considering one of your classes. :)

Love this! I'm not sure if you'll see this question (I know you receive a lot) but I was wondering if Sanaya or your guides could elaborate on whether there's a limit to creation. Although far beyond my comprehension as a human, do you think Source will ever want to take a break from creating and manifesting? Lol I feel so limited for asking this question, but my hope is that creation and evolution are infinite.
Source is timeless Spirit, so it's creation is spirit as well and it has the same capacity as Source to create. This means creation is limitless. It is the creative power of Love. Evolution on the other hand is of the manifest Earth or world level and happens within time. Form always has a beginning and ending, and is always changing as opposed to Source and it's creation, your True Nature, which is always the same. You are not the person, the manifest flesh, but the awareness behind or beyond it, it is spirit and love forever, and expanding and expressing it in a creative way is forever yours.

I would like to know that if a soul ( say for instance my mother) incarnates into another body before I die, whether I would meet her in the spirit realm - as the previous soul. In other words - do we leave fragments or divisions of our soul in the heavenly realms while we are incarnate into other bodies?

By my understanding... the "soul" is multi-faceted, that is, the "real us" is often referred to as the "higher self" and this always remains in spirit life, while we, an aspect (or facet) of our own higher self incarnates on earth. If the facet returns to earth the higher self can still 'manifest' the person from its energies for someone to talk or be with in spirit life. Some people have met loved ones who are still alive during their NDE, so I would say that's very possible.
Suzanne, I have a question... about whether or not we carry the same DNA from one lifetime to the next & how does quantum physics correlate with spirituality, ascension & enlightenment? What is the best way to tap into our most authentic selves ( in other words, through the divine/ source programming... "unlearning"of all the earthly lessons of our parents/teachers/ social influences that begin from birth & early childhood), while simultaneously quieting the lessons of the earthly physical body in a shift of fine tuning more of our spiritual facets & less of the earthly senses of the physical body... how does one completely "let go" of the limitations of the body, the earth, our minds & our social conditioning... with the intention of more "knowing", more, deeper spirit communication & deeper connections from/with the other side, with lost loved ones... at will?

Seriously..with so many eye witnesses and experiencers dealing with PTSD because of these creatures. Not to mention all the lore from hundreds of Native American tribes. can't all be hallucinating. There are reasons why there is government suppression of bigfoot and it is a worldwide phenomenon.
Loved most of that as usual, a bit disappointed to hear the usual platitudes such as „don’t be needy“ and „be happy on your own“. If we all were so whole and on a high vibration we wouldn’t listen to these videos in the first place. Plus if that logic was true then basically very elevated spiritual people wouldn’t need a partner at all unless for reproduction..

This brings me such comfort, not so much the details you know, but the fact that you too have this gift. I've felt so dis-ingenuine because I was raised in a "religion" that didn't believe in an afterlife, much less in anyone with the ability to use their "psychic umbilical" to talk to the other side. My earliest memories are of talking to people who had "died", so I've always known their soul simply evolves to the next "state of being".
