Obama entered and proceeded to go around the entire room, introducing himself to and connecting with the technical crew. Finally, he got to Schultz, shook his hand, winked and said, "Now you, Ed Schultz!" Schultz said everyone in the room felt recognized and valued. Very different from the usual politician who simply makes a beeline to the person with the microphone.
