Hey bells, you can wear a sweatband + satin scarf to maintain your natural silk pressed hair without compromising your fitness. Just make sure it all dries up before removing it like maybe a hour after your workout

I am going through the same thing, and I find that no using coconut oil and using a good clarifying shampoo helps but I am still searching for a good solution. I would love to know what works once you find a solution. Love youuu
