It's a fantastic way how to expend the vocabulary just using the old ones!🤩 After his children had broken a window from his neighbour, he faced the awkward situation and wanted to shoulder the repair costs. His neighbour has hammered shutters on the broken window in the meantime. He handed him just the bill for the nails. Thank you very much, Markét, good night!😘
Thanks so much for showing up, dear Jana. It's always a pleasure to hear from you. 🤩 I've got a few things to point out if I may: You EXPAND your vocabulary, not expend (slovniky.lingea.cz/anglicko-cesky/expand VS slovniky.lingea.cz/anglicko-cesky/expend). After his children had broken a window from his neighbour... - After his children had broken HIS NEIGHBOUR'S WINDOW... And that's all I've got. Great job, keep it up! 😘
Today it's an amazing video again. It's useful to improving our vocabulary. I often bottle my feelings that's the reason I don't write comments belong videos. Now I forced myself and I'm writing though. :-) When I wrote last time I was pleased that I knew almost all words, but today its an oposite situation. Only two verbs from ten were known to me. "to face" and "to head". So this video achieved its aim. I learnt many new words and improved my vocabulary. Thanks Markét
I'm pleased to hear you found the video useful and I'm also happy you didn't bottle up your feeling this time and shared a comment with me. Thank you so much for learning English with me! ☺🤩

Ještě mě u head napadá věta. The player headed the ball into the net. Hráč hlavickoval míč do sítě. U fotbalu.
Ano, i tak se dá sloveso "to head" použít. Thanks for sharing, Patrik! 🤩
Ako sa to povie pomocou frazoveho slovesa ked ucitel rozdáva ziakom testy a potom ich zbiera späť? V obidvoch je hand ale tu predlozku som už zabudol😂
Hi there, Filip, rozdat něco bychom mohli přeložit jako "hand out" a posbírat jako "collect". 🙃
Pozbierať- hand in
