Faux stained glass Tutorial

sorry this is choppy and kind of a mess the whole project was but I was happy with the end result!
dollar tree frame, painted, puff paint I grabbed at walmart , clear Elmer's glue and alcohol inks..... and a free handed, traced or printed pattern to follow!
