A day visit to Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort, Tiaong, Quezon, Philippines

A self-contained working coconut plantation, founded in the 1880s, was originally planted to sugarcane, but converted to coconut two decades later. Opened to the public in 1981, it's now an 800-hectare plantation and hacienda and a prime tourist destination.
