That chest piece HAD extra stats, you have to hold a key to see what it gives. Often on armor its just more flat armor or toughness, maybe even health.
Usually advanced tooltips and holding shift on the item works for me. Now, something op would be if the chest piece would give 1 more heart or something of sorts, which can happen sometimes
Apotheosis has some really great stuff, sometimes you can find gear with mythic tier that has unbreakable on them and sometimes you can get good stats on it, especially on items/tools/weapons... on Tome Towers, be careful there's always trapped chests on top of the tower where all those loot comes from. I highly recommend you get LUCK to get the best loot from these chests, LUCK affects chest loot the best. my favorite so far is called Vampiric Berserker's iron Axe that has 99.99% chance to hit 9 enemies around the mob your killed and it has life steal.

Well here's a name suggestion that I have for the Dragon. I think we should call him Toothless from the movie How to Tame Your Dragon as he is the color black and Toothless the Night Fury is related to lightning. So I think it's a fitting name.

There is a VERY powerful boss far out in the end called the Void Master. It has attacks that deal percentile health damage, so golden apples are necessary. It's found in large mansion type buildings but you'll likely see the bossbar first.
Blazerite armor from better netherite and the charm that allows for water breathing but you take more damage from fire. You become a water/lava god with pretty good armor.
I'm at minute 18 and you mention Gunpowder. You can't craft rockets, need yo buy them from enderian in this pack. Make the table with 4 end stone and 2 purpur blocks, and it's an expert trade I think? Something like that, it's on JEI.
did u actually try the Vanilla recipe for fireworks as stated by the vanilla wiki ? Jei has not been able to show the fireworks recipe for ages even in other packs.
thats what i thought , they just dont understand that flaw in jei. some people think ONLY the recipes that jei shows exist , but there are commonly recipe types that jei cant show. (firework crafting is one of those types)

For the Dragon i think "Raiden" sounds great. This name has Japanese Origins and means "Thunder" and/or "Lightning" Would fit great for a Lightning Dragon :)

I think you should call the dragon Asteropaios, it's Greek for lightening and seem to be a good fit. It's a bit of a mouthful, so maybe Astero for short? Really enjoying this series, keep up the fantastic work 👍

Abazigal (uh bahz eh gaal is how to say it phonetically i think) is always a good choice for lighting dragons tho he was a blue dragon in baulders gate 2

You should make a nest for the dragon either right under or like in the wall by a skylight that goes all the way up through the roof it would take a while but it would look amazing you could put crystals around the nest like they’re hoarding shiny stuff
I can think of a few names 😀 how about Barak, Volteer, Raiden, or Zeus? Zeus being the Greek God of thunder, Raiden meaning lightning in Japanese, Volteer from Spyro (he is an electric dragon too) and Barak cause why not ?

finally you're killing those special mobs from the lightning. if you saw my comments from the first couple episodes, the armor and tools have chances of having not only affixes, but also indestructible enchantment's on them and you can rip them off as easy as it sounds
I thought these are some cool dragon names with titles Gemmor, Lord Of The Black Ygies, Champion Of The Black Qirvonte, The Dark one Xendro, Bringer of Black Lightning Xendro is my favorite one though.

After playing with forbidden & arcanus for the last while, I have a burning question in my heart. WHERE DOES HE GET THE ETERNAL STELLA!!?!?!?!? I have spent HOURS insta-mining speed and found 3. THREE!!!
yo chosen. here is a tip. when you kill a mutant endermen right click the crystals with an empty hand. try to get as many as possible. once you have some and the animation has ended drop a eye of ender into the crystals. doing this will give you a secret powerful weapon that can do multiple things. the overworld drake you tamed is a female. the males have blue stripes on them
the lily pads that you saw in a previous episode would look great in your cave - I wondering also whether the big blue plants that were under the end ship would look nice in your cave also
It's probably really late but a Black Dragon is featured as a villain in my current DnD Campaign. Black Dragons in DnD are acidic so it may not be a good name for this dragon but would be a great name for a poison dragon in Ice and Fire should one exist. It's name is Evicerwing, and it's son is named Gillatrix.
