The fact that this movie had a $750k budget, when “after last season” had a budget of $5M, screams to me money laundering 🤣. this movie was immeasurably better in every aspect.

I'm not sure I believe there was ever $5 million. Everything about that movie seems... off.

This was hilarious, a fantastic reaction to this B movie 80s gem.
Chelsea Field (Teela) was in Last Boy Scout & played Bruce Willis characters wife she also the air hostess in Arnies film Commando when Arnie says "don't disturb my friend he's dead tired".

Not much trivia to this one, but there's two particularly noteworthy facts about it. This was, sadly, Merritt Buttrick's last feature film - best known for playing Kirk's son in Star Trek films, he passed away in 1989, a year after Death Spa came out. He was only 29.
On a slightly more uplifting note, the extras used in the shower scenes were cast using a porn casting agency.
That would explain why those actresses were so talented.

I miss the 80's. Every weekend I would go to the mall with my friends and we would goof around a bit, then get a pizza or something in the food court and take in one of these cheezy Cannon type films. Best of times. The society of 2022 sux giggleberries.
I mean... that's what I still do, minus the mall.
@@JasonBrant yeah, but the mall was great for the secondary entertainment. There was music, the arcade, a community event of some kind was always happening, and of course my favorite: people watching. We didn't need Facebook, we had the mall for our social networking.
Nobody smiles at the mall anymore, the few that are still open, and all the vibrant colors are gone. But thank God for your channel where, for a few minutes at least, I can relive some of that 80s fun.
I forgot that walls could have colour other than beige and white, my world is renewed.
I feel alive again.

When I was growing up with my Mom, the "Giggles" was a term we used to describe when you started laughing at everything. We defined it as the state you get in when you start laughing at people just Snorting. It usually lasted us at least an hour. And we would do our best to keep it going as long as possible, and infect everyone there with it.
That's what it means to most people, I think. To Erin, they're balls 🤣
