Throwing is an important technique in handball. Jesper Jensen and Team Esbjerg therefore shows us throwing training for all positions. He uses 2 sequences and has the players throw one after the other. Please pay close attention to the throwing training on the outside, as he trains the special 1:1 moment with the first throwing position.
