I’ll definitely miss Minotaur and Bale, they were two badass twin brother that I loved using.
Hopefully they can get added but I suspect the current conflict has something to do with Spetsnaz being removed. I'm actually surprised that in this PC world they didn't remove them from current warzone months ago.

A lot of people bought bundles for those characters, and removing them would probably make a lot of players upset.

I have a feeling Konig is actually Kruger from MW2019. Kruger was always on the run and evading authorities, it isnt far fetched to assume he'd change his name often. They both cover their faces with sniper camouflage and we have very little info on both of them.
I guess hearing Konig's accent will help determine if I'm right.

A thing to note is Konig is a Austrian soldier, along side being special forces. There is a operator in mw19, Krueger, who is more or less the same, austrain and special forces, alongside. His backstory is that he was in the KSK until a mission went wrong and some civs died, and before he could be in a court martial he escaped and fled with chimera. His real identity isnt known. Idk man they seem pretty similar, and im willing to bet its the same person. Also to note is they both look the same visually,
Or Maybe Kruger and König were part of the same unit together, unless König served a prison sentence and Kruger escaped with Chimera?
@@fogfullofsilhouettes5842 perhaps. The only difference besides name and a few visuals is the specific unit seems to be different, but again, kreugers backstory isnt really known besides that he served in the ksk

fun fact: Enzo Reyes is portrayed by Rudy Reyes who is a former First Recon Marine that portrayed himself in the show Generation Kill which I really recommend as its a true account of his platoons experiences in Iraq.

I’m glad to hear that Soap and Price will have a similar relationship like they did originally. That was one of my favorite aspects of the original trilogy so it’ll be great seeing how it forms here

It would be so cool to see operators that specialize or prefer a weapon interact different when inspecting it. Or possibly having different voice lines when using it. Little details like that definitely add more layers of depth and detail to the game
I hope we see more of SSGT Griggs and maybe Sgt Foley Cpl Dunn Pvt Ramirez and Pvt Allen they were big pets of General Sheppard and the OG MW2

One thing I find interesting is that all of the Task Force 141 members in the multiplayer, not just Ghost, now appear to have skull masks. And if you look at Soap's character model, he appears to also have Ghost's original mask from MW2 2009 under his red skull mask.
It’s the preorder bonus skins, it’s likely they don’t wanna reveal the defaults yet so they’ve used the dlc “red team 141” skins
Makes me curious of whether or not König is in some way related to Krueger or even in some sort of plot twist, it is Krueger.
These base operators looks 100 times better than any vanguard operator we got.
But way worse than the default ones we got in MW19

More things about König, he actually rescued hostages in Urzkistan agains't Al-Qatala except the hostages were so scared of him, his whole unit had to convince them to follow him lol
Out of all the new Operators Luna is by far the most interesting one scene she played a role in tracking down Al Qatala cell and was in the Central Intelligence Agency so she might have known Alex from Call of Duty Modern warfare 2019.
Konig is now on the KorTac faction and Nova is now on the SpecGru faction. New changes made for them. In case you guys were wondering, Konig is Krueger 2.0

I’m not sure that the pages they are on are entirely accurate. Roze’s backstory literally says she’s with SpecGru. I think they’re mixed up but idk
For anyone wondering the absence of Spetsnaz Operators does not *seem* to be tied to the current Russo-Ukrainian war, as there are still files for 2-3 Spetsnaz operators. However, we don’t know when these operators were made within the 3 year development and they may have been scrapped following the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Hopefully, Infinity Ward will be more mature than Treyarch and give us some Russian operators at a later date.
They shouldnt cancel the operators at all due to IRL wars.
Like honestly, I want be a Russian Or East European Operator with my AK
@@AtomescheBaron75 Dont worry, Kortac Mil-Sim was identified as "Russian Fireteam" in the beta. So unless they deleted the Kortac Mil-Sim, we can still play as the Russians.
Happy to see Soap and Price dynamic seems to be returning, but part of me was hoping it would still be Price and Gaz

I remember looking back at mw2019 and cold war and now mw2 I for once thought cold war was truly a masterpiece and now were getting not one but three actual masterpiece MW and CW and finally mw2 its a win

@@ArtSpectre it's not quite the same, as in R6 each operator has a loadout specifically designed for them.
The idea here would be that you could make any loadout you want, and assign an operator to it, so when you switch loadouts, you switch operators.
This would make it so if you were playing on the Amsterdam map, you could switch to a European operator for example, because it wouldn't make much sense to have Mexican special forces doing SWAT work in Holland.
5:27 Reyes literally looks exactly like Sparks from the prev. Modern Warfare but he prolly switched nationalities and the fact that he was “forging signatures” might be a contributor.
YESSS we finally get to their stories now I know the campaign and multiplayer is gonna be dope now
They need to bring back Golem and Kruger.......they had the coolest backstory from mw2019

Better then mw operators because they have more equipment the thing that bugs me with the operators in mw was how barely any equipment was on them

KORTAC Mil-Sim looked Russian in the Beta. Also there is a picture of a soldier with the same ballistic face mask as Nikto and a Shadow Company patch, it might be a Mil-Sim skin.
However a Russian operator would be nice, even as an enemy.
I feel kind of sad that Russian operators won't be on mw2 I like the Russians being on the opposite side then the western troops but not always the bad guys

9:08 dont know about 'calisto's special weapon bow but cross bow is now in the campaign, when we play as 'soap' in mission 'alone' you can unlock it in the last safe, and if you unlock all 3 safes(including 1st safe from 'el sin nombre') in the game then you get the trophy/achievement 'gentleman thief'. 👍🏻

My guess is he either died, or hopefully, i just later introduced as a operator like in mw19.
Konig:König suffered from severe social anxiety throughout his life, often being bullied during his childhood. At the age of 17, he volunteered for the military.
While he hoped to join as a recon sniper, his physical size and his inability to stay still made him an unsuitable candidate. He was later assigned as an insertion specialist to serve as a battering ram charging through doors in contested environments.
During a mission, König took down an Al-Qatala cell in Berlin which was involved in human-trafficking. He breached the townhouse and eliminated all twelve AQ fighters inside. However, his sniper hood terrified the Urzik hostages who had to be convinced by the rest of his team to follow König to safety.

I'm extremely annoyed at the fact that you cant play as the most important people without paying for the vault edition. I understand not getting Task force 141 Red team. But at least give us the base price soap farah and ghost.

The egyptian opertor zero's background story is nearly same (except being a egyptian not turkish) as a turkish mini tv series börü (wolf)'s kaya character. Fun thing to note
