Hi Kass and Josh although children ARE alot of ENERGY AND TIME, you will not find any humanely LOVE like your own child(ren). Watching other people's kids are TOTALLY different! Good luck with your decision. Don't forget to PRAY about it!

Taking care of another kid is no mean feat! When you hav your own, you grow with them from a newborn, so you teach them the ways of your house, and they have their own toys there, and they know your rules and boundaries, which will def be different to another families. You'll be fine. You have a stable home, a stable marriage, and plenty of family support, so it'll be sweet :) Not to say there wont be hard times when you are sleep deprived and think the baby has been sent to torture you, but you get thru those, and realise it's all worth it. I have incredible problems with my 15yr old, but i still love them, and our family wouldnt be whole without them.
