BATATA VADA, ALOO BONDA , VADA PAV banane ka sabse aasan aur original tarika, ye mumbai ka famous street food hai.aur barish me to ise banana jarur banta hai. Baarish ke mausam main garma garam vada, chutney aur mirchi saath ho to maja hi kuch aur hain. Friends agar video acha laga to ise jaroor like aur share karein apne friends aur family ke saath.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cup besan/gramflour
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder(optional)
Pinch of heeng/asafortida
2 pinch baking soda/meetha soda
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds/rai
1/2 tsp heeng/asafoetida
6-8 curry leaves
2 tsp ginger garlic & green chilly paste
5-6 boiled & mashed potatoes
Salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Some fresh coriander
Oil for frying
